What's going on????? This morning my scale said 188???!!!!!!!!!
It may only be water loss, but I don't care, lol.
My stomach flab is almost gone now, and I have been wearing snugger fitting tops this week. Even my friends have noticed the difference in my belly in such a short time.

I'm really really excited about this. I don't know if it's just water weight loss, cuz I've been trying hard and mostly doing well with exercise and food intake.

Yesterday I walked to and from work, 2o mins each way. Pulled little kiddies on the sleds for 1/2 hour outside in the snow at work. I didn't go to the gym, I will go today.

I ate:

BREAKFAST
6 baby carrots
2 breadsticks
2 coffee w whitner and 2 sugar

LUNCH
1/2 bowl veggie & bean soup
1/2 tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/3 cup carrot sticks
2 cups hot water

DINNER
2 bread sticks
1 large apple
4 cups hot water
4 wheat veggie crackers

Snack
1 green tea
3 cups hot water

Yesterday I had 3 glasses of wine:cheers2:

Oh well, I wanted it and I haven't had any alcohol for a while so it's not that bad, lol.

Anyway

Throughout the day I munched on:

toasted almonds
sunflower seeds
cherry tomato
1 large apple
tons of water
baby carrots
lettuce
1 small whole flat pita
2 TBS cheddar
strawberries

I don't know how much of the fruits and veggies I ate, because I kept eating them through the day when I felt hungry.
I'm definately having more energy with eating more raw natural foods!!!!

I didn't have time to post for a couple of days, but I'm still doing pretty good!!

I went to the gym after work, did 30 mins of cardio and a full body weights workout.

I haven't had much of an appetite lately. I probably took in less than 900 calories a day over the weekend.

Anyway today I ate:
BREAKFAST
tbs peanut butter
1/2 cucumber
orange
2 coffee w sugar

SNACK
green tea
hot water
handful of almonds

LUNCH
1/2 whole wheat pita
4 TBS shredded cheese
2 Tbs egg salad
1/4 cup bean sprouts
10 slices cucmber
hot water

SNACK
apple
2 small slices of cheese

Dinner will be a salad

I just wanted to say that you are an amazing person! That is such a brave thing to do for someone you love! Good luck with your journey and you and your brother are in my prayers :)

There's a snow storm coming to my city today, so I'm not too sure if I'll be doing much walking...lol

My eating has been pretty much the same, small portions throughout the day. Probably alot les calories than I should be consuming, but I haven't felt like eating much these days.

I only made it to the gym once this week so far, I guess I'll have to make up for it this weekend.

I'VE LOST 13 POUNDS SO FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess it took about a month for those pounds to come off, but I'm happy with the results so far!

Yesterday I was at an event all day. I ate 2 eggs for breakfast, but didn't plan my meals for the rest of the day. So the place I was at had a fast food style cafe in it. The choices of what I could eat were pretty poor. I ended up getting french fries and an apple juice. (This would be the first time I've had fast food in over a month).

Well after eating half the fries, I couldn't eat any more, didn't want them, and threw them out!!!

This is a big deal for me, because I use to be a fast food junkie.

I ended up having the juice and getting a tea.

I had some fruit at night when I got home, and didn't feel hungry even though I ate sooo little.

Progress!

Hello everyone, I'm new to blogging on this site, but your journey caught my eye. I'm impressed on your motivation and progress. Your diet appears to be very clean :) :) and your steady weight loss is awesome. Do you find that cutting out the simple carbs has made a big difference. I think that's why I'm going to try. I refuse to cut out the whole grains. Nice to see someone else who believes in incorporating fruits and grains into a balanced diet :)

Good luck and keep it going!:waving::waving:
