biked 60 miles today, most i have ever done before is about 12. it was a pretty crazy experience really, 6.5 hours and it made me lose like 5lbs (im scared of what i was losing). i really screwed up by taking almost no food, i was dying the whole time, halfway i got some guy to give me a hotdog bun and that had me good for the next hour and a half, but i was running on empty after that. also i was on a mountain bike, not a good speed bike (had to watch all the crazy biker people in their clothes fly past me). also last night i jogged a good 3.5 miles which is by far the most ive ever jogged too. im liking this pushing myself thing, never really done it with cardio activities. i guess i just feel like saying i rode 60 miles today.
