Men need at least 2 gallons of water per day (or approximately 8 litres), correct me if I'm wrong. If you're working-out, you'll need more than that. I have a Nalgene bottle which is 1 litre - I just keep track of how many I drink per day. I'm constantly re-filling it, and peeing.
Active women need a minimum of 3-4 litres (about 1 gallon).Natural_dreams said:How much should women drink? Because the anoying thing is going to the loo all the time! lol
