Ok, I read in a previous thread that if you want to loose fat without loosing muscle mass and get to cut up, is to cut out the protein and carbs. Are you serious, this seems very odd. I was talking to a couple of buddies of mine who are bodybuilders and right before a competition to cut up, they will not eat much(greens, tuna and shakes)and tons of water and they'll do cardio for 2 hours or so a day..Seems odd too, but they are in amazing shape..Way too much information out there, my way of thinking is to take a little bit of info from everyone and go from there. I hope all you readers out there don't take these threads as gospel, take certain pieces of info and try different things to see what works for you. What works for me or somebody else doesn't mean its going to work for you.. Good luck!!!!
