LOL, there still some remnants but the spare tire has gone from a Hummer spare tire to a bicycle spare tire.

i love the idea of doing this, i just wish i was brave enough to ask my hubby to take the pictures! would hat him to see me so fat but will try this when i feel confident enough!

Believe me, taking & posting your pics is one of the most humbling experiences you'll ever go through. But in the end, it really does make you a stronger person AND it gives you great visual feedback on how your program is going.
I use a tripod for my camera to take my pics. Even if you don't have a tripod, I'm sure your camera has a delay function that would allow you to setup yoru shot, press the button and run over to pose for your pic so you can do it in complete privacy. Heck, nobody even has to see the pictures if you don't want, but you can use them on your own to assess your progress.

LOL, thanks. I am amazed (and sickened) when I look at my before pic and where I am now. Seeing the new me next to the old me really reinforces the fact that I'm never going back to the old me again.

Way to go. That really is awesome. I haven't taken any before pics for later comparison. Perhaps I will tonight. It would certainly be nice to put together two photos and see such a massive difference. Congrats!
