the before and after pictures are such a fantastic idea, it keeps you motivated, as you can see the progress, sometimes if we dont have photos to see and we loose weight it can be hard to see how well we've done. Sometime you might feel you've not lost but when u look at 2 pictures side by side, you say WOW i have actually lost. Well done, its a fantastic achievement, i noticed you said you hit a "wall" for a few weeks. It can be hard when you do that, i'm in weight watchers and they tell you to kick start again for 1 week with changing your routine, just for a week, and that will push your body into kick start mode with loosing weight again. I've still got 13lbs to loose myself, but i know i will get there, i am just learning to be patient. I'm not ever goin to give up on this either. your pictures make for a great motivator.
