I cheated and weighed myself and I'm at 208. Ten pound loss. YAYA!

Hopefully at 207, maybe 206 by Monday but prolly not.

Oh freakin' well! 208 is awesome!!!!!! I will soon be below 200.
 
Hey Nicole! Good to see you still on track. This is the point where some people falter (I have in the past) I remember once I joined a gym at new years and it was soooo crowded but by valentines it was a ghost town in there. Then by spring break I had pretty much quit going too
 
Yesterday I took off from the gym, but when I went back today, twice as few people there as usual. Scary. I hope I don't stop going...

What am I saying. I'm not gonna stop going. Six days a week. Every week. Once I reach maintenance, I'll go down to five days a week.

This is for life!!!!!!!!!!!1 :sifone:

hey nicole! i know you asked this in angelica's journal but i wanted to let u knowww that the ice cream is called..

klondike slim a bear sandwich 100 calorie.

its a klondike brand.. its usually in the ice cream section with the weight watchers and other low cal ic creams. SO GOOD THOUGH yum yum yum.

Dinner: 6" double turkey on wheat w/light mayo (380-11)

Snack: Weight Watchers Chocolate Icecreame Sandwich (140)

Snack: 100 calorie pack of Doritos (100-6)

Exercise: One hour at gym (432)

Consumed 1360 calories, 47 grams of fat, burned 432 calories.

Ha! I saw the ones you told me about but I didn't realize they had that chocolate shell or whateveer you wanna call it around it. I don't like that. But you have to try these weight watcher sandwiches....sooooooooooo good and creamy. I ate it so slow to savour every bite!

HAHA OMG, NICOLE! IVETTE! YOU GUYS HAVE TO READ THIS STORY. Craigslist is so creepy. AND hilarious.

So one of my guy friends is in a frat. As a joke, his fraternity brothers put his cell phone number on the personals section of Craigslist under "Men seeking Men." One night we were studying at the library and his phone kept ringing and the numbers were #s he didnt recognize. He finally answered it and people would be like "HEY MAN I WANT YOUR C O C K." LMAO. He was like "UHH excuse me?" Anyway, this kept happening all night. His bros finally told him what happened and he was LIIIVIIDDDD. But seriously, CREEPER STATUS. CL is a creeper;s playground! :) Plz dont go find a cow tipping friend on there. They might rape u guys in the field or something. SERIOUSLY.

I think with all this strength and body building we will be fine.. I was actually on southwest right now looking for the tickets.. I shall be going in feb or march for sure... I'm excited we will have fun!!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh, I'm not over my calorie limit, but I HATE when just because something has the word "light, fat-free, lean, or lo cal" on it I eat too much of it. Like right now, I'm stuffed. Just got home from teh movies and ate dinner, but for desert had ice cream AND cereal. Mind you, the ice cream is weight watchers and only has like 1.5 fat grams and 140 calories (and I only ate half of it) and the cereal was served with skim milk, but I just had ice cream with my lunch today.

I need to make a dessert only once a day rule. DESSERT ONLY ONCE A DAY. Almost two servings of icecream AND yummy cinnamon toast crunch in one day is unacceptable. Right????

it's ok! every once in a while if youre really craving it, just have it. and u didnt even go over your calories! it'll be finee :)

i always say UGHH I CANT EATT THAT and my friends always tell me" it's ok to have it in moderation" they remind that if i deprive myself too much, ill end up binging so.. go ahead and eat that serving of cereal. :) hope ufeel better! :) PS WHAT MOVIE DID U SEE?!?!?
