I could half size my chipotle sauce, but I'm not too sure how one serving looks like, and I don't think the people at Subway know either. It always looks like they're putting two or three servings!

o ask for it on the side and you put in a serving..i'm sure you can calculate a serving.. don't deprive yourself.
 
lol i would just make demands and ask them to put your condiments in a container... that way you are in control^^... its okay to ask i worked at subway once upon a time and it wasnt a big deal to do that for the customer. =P

Lunch: Foot long (oops) Roast Beef Subway (680-25)

Snack: Banana Nut Cheerios w/skim milk (150-1), 100 calorie pack of Doritos (100-6)

Dinner: Three pieces of chicken (150-2.5), One piece of bread (60-1), Ketchup (15), Salsa (20)

Exercise: Taking today off. Will be back at it tomorrow.

Consumed 1365 calories, 42 grams of fat.

Well I hope to one day not be fat anymore, lol, but I can still remain on the site and create a maintenance journal! Can't wait . . .
 
Gonna start keeping track of my fat grams. Shooting for 39 grams of fat a day.

i acutally lovee facebook but i checked it too much so i had to disable it haha.. so now i might have to start using myspace religiously again. ;] haha..

ok also, i cant stop eating those cheerios. half the box is gone. seriously. ughhhhh :sifone:
 
MMMM, I had banana nut cheerios today for a snack. So low in calories!

I only have like five friends on facebook so I dont use it! Yes, find me on myspace when you get back from the gym!

lol i ignore myspace way too much... i forget about it D: hehe i will add yall when i get motivated enough to log on... =P i can go 5 miles easy peasy but heaven forbid me to be forced to log onto myspace XD

Snack: Banana Nut Cheerios w/skim milk (150-1)

Exercise: One hour at gym, stationary bike and treadmill (421)

Consumed 1175 calories, 29 grams of fat. Burned 421 calories.
