I need to eat more fruits and veggies like you! But yes, I'll try to worry less about what I'm eating. It's just that I have about ten servings of ice creams in the freezer, and I'm going to have to do my best to deny it.


It can be done. I jumped on the scale this morning and it's down to 205. Don't know how it happened, but it's a five pound loss this week. It's definitely motivating!!!!

Breakfast: None, woke up late

Lunch: Chicken and pasta in tomato sauce (280), Cheese Stick (50)

Snack: Cheetos (100), 1/2 serving of Weight Watchers Ice Cream (90)

Snack: Ravioli (240)

Dinner: Subway 6" wheat Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (340)

Snack: One chicken nugget from McD's (stole one from my boyfriend!) (50)

Snack: More icecream! Ugh. (140)

Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill (137)


Consumed 1290 calories, burned at least 137.

Oh and I saw Mall Cop. Only thing I'll say is that my 13 year old sister laughed and laughed, and I regretted spending my money on it!!!
 
It is an AMAZING feeling to be in the middle of a short conversation with someone you haven't seen in about two months and for them to bust out with "Wow, you've lost a lot of weight!". I've heard it's socially incorrect for peolpe to say things like that because it might offend the person they're complimenting, but there is no way in heck a comment llike that could offend me!!!


It's one thing that keeps me going.

Don't know how, but I lost six pounds last week. The week before I only lost one, so definitely made up for it! Will be below 200 very soon!

Lunch: 6" Subway Chicken (330), Sun Chips (50), Soup (75)

Snack: Icecream (125) :/

Dinner: Souper Salad

Exercise: 30 min on treadmill, 30 min on stationary bike

Consumed 1600 calories, burned 400.

I'm a quitter

Quit counting fat grams. Sorry, but it's a little strenuous. I already am always on my cell phone's calculator counting away calories, and counting fat grams makes my life so much harder.

So I'm going to quit trying to be precise with them, and just kinda keep it in my head as of yesterday!

You need to get yourself a non caloric reward for when you go below 200. When I busted 300 I got myself a new ipod. It doesnt have to be expensive though. You could try on some old clothes. I did that and some were still way too tight but some werent. (see my thread) It is also cool that you stayed with it even though you only had one pound loss in week one....You stuck too it and all of a sudden...your body turned loose of 6lb! Dont quit now dont even pause girl... Im tellin ya Im on the train to skinny land. You comin?

Oh gawd guys. I think I have the flu plus I'm moving this week. Haven't been able to keep up with my diary. I had an "accident" on Tuesday and binged on one meal, but I'm back at it again. I haven't gotten to work out since Monday though, with the move and being sick. My head, throat and ears hurt so bad, and I feel like shit. Moving is no fun, especially when your sick.

I'll be settled in my new place by this weekend, so as long as I feel better, I'll be back to journaling and working out on Monday.

Wish me luck, and thanks for the encouragement. I love you guys.

look on the bright side... at least your just trying to move with the flu... when we were moving from germany my mom kept going till the end and afterwards we found out... after she went to the emergency room... that her appendix had been on the verge of rupturing while she was scrubbing floors and bent over in pain... 0___o its a miracle... if it had ruptured she would have most likely died... =T

hmmm... but just consider moving all those boxes as a mini workout^^ you are moving your body and thats what counts... now if you were watching the sexy mover guys move your stuff for you... while sitting on the couch... that would be a bit of a bum-like thing to do =P even if they were really hot. ^_~

Finally moved in and feeling a little better. Just tired with a sore throat and a little congested. Did most of the unpacking yesterday, so not too much left to do today.

I haven't weighed myself since Monday and last night I decided I was going to weigh myself this morning. I had a dream that I gained all the weight back and more, and was actually crying in my sleep. Stepped on the scale this morning and actually looks like I lost one and a half pounds or so. What a relief. I binged with two meals this week...chicken and mexican food, and only worked out once. I am so damn lucky. Starting back with calorie counting today, and starting back at the gym tomorrow (possibly today if I get the last bit of unpacking done and feel a little better later).
