I cannot believe the transformation I have seen in myself. Sure I've only lost eight pounds since Jan. 5th so I can't really see a physical difference, but I am so much more energetic and am feeling great about myself. It's amazing; the change that two and a half weeks of exercising and eating less and healthier can do for you. I love it, and I don't ever want to fall back into my old habits. Ever.

It was scary, though, when I fell off the wagon last Saturday and ate everything in site. I thought that it was over just like every other time in the past when I've given up so easily. Thanks to this board I jumped right back on. I cannot stop. I didn't think I could do this, but I'm doing it right now. I cheated and jumped on the scale this morning and I'm at 210lbs. Yay! I'm so happy. So freakin' happy.

Good luck to all.

I live in Houston, which is a little over three hours away from Austin. Austin is awesome, have you been there before? They're wild at night, every day of the week!

Today was a really good day. I got a lot done. Didn't eat much cause I was so busy running errands, but feel really good.

Good night.

You're doing so great! Really good job with your food intake too! I always want to eat - I need to learn to portion out my meals like you! :) I hope you have an amazing weekend and keep up the great work!

Also -- whats banana nut cheerios? Is that a new brand?

Thanks Lux. I love eating too, so this has really been a challenge for me. Very glad I'm going through with it though.

Yep, I believe Banana Nut Cheerios is a new brand. Had them for the first time this morning, and OMGAWSH you have to try them. They're yummylicious.

OMG Ivette is hella crazy!

When I was younger, my friends and I would drive from the city into the boonies and tip cows. It wasn't that easy. There would be 5 of us and we'd all have to sprint towards the cow and pushhh. Kind of mean since.. I think they die. Haha. :)

AND YEAH! My honey nut cheerios is running out so I'm going to go try the banana ones!! i LOVEEE BANANA anything! omg banana ice cream with walnut mix in at coldstone is my FAVEEE!!! i hope the cereal dosent have toooo many calories! :)

Y'all are krazy! I've never cow tipped, and this may sound immature but it sounds fun!

And don't worry about the calories in the Banana Nut Cheerios. One serving is 110 calories; 150 calories with skim milk.
