Thanks for the video link Mandie...I had to laugh though when that guy was holding a burger the size of a small dog and then they showed statue of liberty holding a burger and a bottle of heinz ketchup, lol. So what is it about the "raw" part that's different? I mean I know cooking loses some nutrients but I'm sure there's more to it?
I think I'm going to keep this in mind for down the road. After being so restricted and my mindset with dieting being messed up I don't think I could do it right now...and definitely want to get a strong foothold on my weightloss. But later when I hit a plateau I could definitely see me trying it. So on "raw" is it only fruits and veggies...what about salad dressing...guessing no because it's processed dairy?

! Think it needs less olive oil though, but i was following a recipe. I'll add my own touches to it when I have it again
. I'll make up for it though. The juice fasting really fills me up when I have leafy greens smooshed in with the fruit. But pure fruit juices make you suffer slightly. I'll input my juicies as the day progresses (as usual).
