yuck!
I had about 1,200 cals and did 6 miles on bike lastnight and
my squats and crunches.
 
howdy everyone and wow they have so changed the weather forcast was 4-6 inches then 8-10 now over a FOOT just say aklready we are going to BURRIED in lol but get this by MON or TUES back in da 40's-50's lol we all going to be sick.
I am going to have a gr8 weekend no cheating and I hope everyone else has a nice weekend to!Tammy

I could not live where you live with all that snow..i hate cold weather. It not warm but not to cold, but it is raining here :( well i hope you have a good weekend!

Wow holy crap! That snow is crazy to see. That is when I love living in the desert... or is that dessert;) lol You are doing so well and your weekend will rock because you are in the zone like the Tammy I first met on this forum!!! I knew you would find her again. Have a great weekend!!

Hi Tammy

Firstly - congratulations on the weight loss. Every time that I have looked in on your recently you have lost more and more weight. It seems to just be flying off you at the minute. No-one would believe looking at your current rate of loss that you were deep into a long term project. You are doing so well.

Secondly - you have posted loads of really great pictures. You are just so photogenic - the camera loves you. You are going to have a brilliant summer with your new pool - and the tankini looks great. You are going to enjoy showing off your new figure this summer - no wonder you are getting nice compliments from gentlemen.
