Hope your feeling better this morning! Glad it was just a temporary bug! Don't beat yourself up over not exercising... you just have to take care of yourself! I am sure you will be back on soon.... like today:D lol. Good job keeping the cals in line even with the "evil" carbs. I have had to get rid of a lot of stuff in my house! If it's there it's just that much harder to resist! Next temptation: Girl Scout Cookies.... I wonder if I can stay mum and hubby won't notice they are for sale???? lol Have a good day!
 
Ok I am still going to be happy for losing 1lb even though I saw 173 a couple days ago I guess the potatoe soup and brownie didn't help matters BUT I am happy to see 174! I fell beter today it must be a weird bug because mt oldest son (6years) got sick and #2 over night so I was keeping him home from school and by 9am he felt better and BEGGED me to go to school so I sent him and no calls or anything it is like the 8 hour virus lol.
Ok be back later when I know what I am eating and what exersices I do!
 
Congrats on the pound! It's nothing to scoff over. You will see 173 in no time! You are below your previous lowest weight!!!! :party: that is awsome!
I also must commend your kiddo for begging to go to school! I wish mine would do that. He was begging to stay home this morning!! lol
 
mmmm brownies - i have never really liked chocolate until i lost weight, now im a chocolate addict and particular to brownies.

Now that you have officially confirmed it - I am so pleased that you have a new low :party: and are now in uncharted territory. It must feel so good to be a size that you havent been since school.

I knew that you could do it. Now you will be down at your goal weight in no time. You really are not very far away from it. You will be at goal long before me.

:party: TY TY TY MARGERETT!!I so forgot about my NEW LOW the less I have ever gotten was 175 and that was about last june and ONCE lol!HUGGS FOR REMINDING ME,I so can't wait until 160's so much that I took 1 BITE of the last homade brownie and made 1 of the kids eat it and get it away from me LOL I am the type out of site out of mind and huby brought them home for the kids lastnight from the hotel he works at BUT they didn't eat them all well THERE GONE NOW lol:party:

Well I did 30 mins of exersicing I really wanted to do the full hour but it took all I had just to get my butt moving to do that much,I have been really lazy,tired I blame mother natur lol.

Breakfast
fiber 1 bar(150 cals)
LUNCH
2 lean chicken lunchmeat wwraps FF cheese and mustard(250 cals)
SNACK
apple w. peanutbutter(190 cals)
1 "BITE" of a brownie(40 cals)
Dinner
1 chicken breast(250 cals)veggies steamed then simmered in chicken broth(100 cals)
SNACK
1 baked pork chop SMALL (150 cals)
grapes(60 cals)
exersice 30 mins of exersice 4 miles bike and some weights squats ,crunches

Well it WAS Friday,came and went lol,I done good all day for the eating part
but didnt get much exersices in excpet the lil stuff like laundry,running errons,cleaning and going to BINGO lol I swear my arm is going to fall off,lol I play 30 cards to keep me busy oh I won a whopping $15 spent $40 lol/...BLAH
I have a bowling b-day party tomorrow at 1 so I am hoping to bowl a couple game "I SUCK"I think I bowled a 110 before lol.

Howdy everyone OK NO cheating so far and it is technally SUNDAY lol.
I had a NICE day went bowling 3 hours for lil cousins b-day had a blast I haven't bowled in AGES 1st game "69" 2nd76 3rd drumroll "123" lol all time high for me lol!
Then played texas holdem $5 buy in lost 1st 2 then won 1st on the last game lmao so I am $5 up....We didnt have as many players this week.
I think over all I didn't eat as much as I should kind of been on the gooo but HEALTHY foods all weekend!:party:

Wow Nia, I remember last time I was posting regularly, you were "stuck" in the 180's. It's great to see you got out of your rut. Only 5 more pounds to go! You can so do this!
