I have just been catching up on your last couple of days postings.

I am sorry to read of your troubled past. Thankfully the future is a new and happier place. You can protect your four lovely children and make sure that they only have good memories.

Your future is particularly bright since your weight loss is going so well.

Congratulations on the 177. You are doing so well and will soon be at the lowest weight that you have been at since a child.

I am normally very quiet about my measurements - but it may interest you to know that your measurements are better than mine. My waist is 38.75 inches and my calf is 16.5 inches. I wish that my waist was as thin as yours.

I agree with Sheryl - all that work in the basement was a definite workout.

What exercises do you do with your ball? I saw one in Tescos yesterday and would have bought one if I had known what to do with it.

SO LOOKING BACK I HAVE CAME ALONG WAY AND REMIND YOU WHEN I 1ST FOUND OUT I WAS PREGGERS I QUIT SMOKING,DRINKING,DRUGS EVERYTHING COLD TURKEY AND HAVEN'T WENT BACK EXCEPT A BEER ON A SPECIAL OCCATION.I wanted to share this with my friends!

WOW Tammy. You are an amazing woman, I hope you have done things for yourself to heal and be happy. You didn't deserve any of that negativity, and it sounds tragic, but the fact that you have wonderful children, your health, and happiness is a blessing. Most people would be in the looney bin after all that--and I understand a lot because I was very interested in drugs and sex as a teen, although my home life was rough t wasn't nearly as rough as yours. But thanks for sharing, and I'm glad you're exercising and dieting and planning on getting your calories up to 1800 once in a while. Love you! HUGS!
 
Wow, Tammy! That is a hell of a story. I'm so sorry your childhood was so horrible. What is so amazing is how well you've turned out despite all that. I think you're a fantastic person, and your kids are lucky to have you for a mother. You broke that cycle of abuse and turned your life around. :hurray::hurray:

I really need to get off the coast and go someplace with more of a winter season lol................. Howdy everyone!!Wow what a LONNNNNNNNNNG weekend,but I have been GOOOOOOOOOODDDDDD!The only NEGATIVE was cals were LOW I wound up working on my house more and more until my Sunday was gone,I started at 2PM and didn't stop until 2:30 AM I scrubbed my kitcheen walls and turned my PLAIN boring kitchen into a "ROOSTER" themed kitchn,wall border,towes place matts,rugs,shlves for the cookie jar and candles lol OK I didn't stop there I decided to go out and grab a gallon of COTTON CANDY PINK and started on my girls room(whitch every wall looked like a chalkboard excpet w/ pen,crayons,it was a mess?I got every wall done but 1 and I quit at because I felt so beat...

I promise I will hit the diaries tommorrow.I did bike for 30 minutes and I am creditting all my painting scrubbing,furniture moving ect for another 30 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, Ty all and KORRIE,I tried quite a few tiimes to break away and eat something but I so get into my work and once I start something, especially with kids running around I keep going until I am done or keeled over lol.

Ok well I managed to finish the girls room ,well as far as the painting goes now off to find hott pink curtains that aren't a fortune and that comes in a pair lol so far 3 stores no luck!
I have had a gr8 weekend as far as dieting goes,but I have been busting my butt all weekend fixing up my house.My next project which I have to save money for is I need 7 concrete boads for my bathroom shower so I can tole and 15 concrete boards for my kitchen floor so we can ceramic tile it.Concrete boards run about $15 a poece and I need 14 -15 of them lol.

I would be a big ole grouch if I ate like you. Congrats on the home renovations, sounds like both a headache but fun. I know you must be proud. Wonder if there is a way to use some shower curtains in the girls room as curtains. Not the vinyly ones but the fabric type that you put outside the liner. They are cheaper than regular curtains & depending on the one you get could look just as good.

& I'm so glad to read your post & feel like you are a happier person at the moment. You deserve to smile. :D
