Ok update...I had a lil hunger attack after my workout so I was good and had a 100 calorie pk of hostess 1 bite mini cupcakes.Total Calories 1,330
EXERSICES-6.6 miles,27 minutes,75 crunches 15 squats and my strength training routine I was hooked up with.SO I worked out for an hour.: * )

OK I DID IT FINALLY!!!Ok I didn't exactly do it YET lmao BUT I did make that phone call to the GYM that is opening up here anyday now called URBAN ACTIVE (AKA GOLDS GYM) and I am going to try the 2 day free trial but I have to go tomorrow and hear about the machines and what do I want to accomplish,lmao I suckered my FAVE aunt in to go with me so I am not alone and neither is she,neither one of us has been to a gym.
I will update foods,exersices later but so far a AWESOME DAY.
 
Thank you so much and I do feel blessed,when times are tough I look at them and feel like the luckiest person to have 4 beautiful,healthy children.
Yeah I kept reading about the "BALL" nothing but possitives so I decided what the heck for $10 I will try it and I must say gets the job done and DOESN'T take a toll on your back.
I am going to post a thread on this story on the news it happend FRIDAY and it totally BROKE MY HEART,I tear up when I see the story and it is on alot!

Gratz on the Gym try out! I joined a gym a couple weeks ago, but had to quit due to finances and lack of time.

Finances are better, but finding time is so hard! I hope you find it fun and inspiring!
 
Woohoo! I hope you find the right fit in this gym Tammy! I need to get started going again. It's tough getting up there, as they have specific, short hours, and none during the day when the daycare is open. :(
 
wow your going to try out the gym.. wtg tammy.. hope it goes great. I love the gym. they have tons of machines and stuff plus they have a daycare so i can take alex and don't have to worry about who's going to take care of him so dh and i can go together. its so nice. Hope things are going great for you. hope you have a good weigh in tomorrow.

TY all I am hoping it isn't to pricey and I am going to go in the day when the kids are in school,I will only have my little guy and 1 boy I babysit BUT when hubby is in late he can watch them.
OK I took the time to do MEASUREMENTS for the 1st time and OMG I have some pretty BIG #'s.
WAIST-37.5 INCHES
HIPS- 45 INCHES(WOW THUNDER THIGHS LOL)
THIGH'S- 25.5 INCHES(A MAJOR PROBLEM AREA)
CALF-16 INCHES
UPPER ARM FLAB LOL-14 INCHES(WOW AS BIG IS MY CALF SO SAD)

Awesome yo see you added some weights to your exercise ;) As far as the measurements, regardless of what they are, they are smaller than they were several months ago, so you have a lot to be proud of, they will come down further :)

Lol@the fertile water in your area. If I have trouble conceiving once I start trying, I believe I'll move there. :smilielol5:

Yeah the measurements were a big disapointment but like you said several months ago I may have just fainted after measuring lol.

Ok good news 1st My weight held at 178 I was hoping for another 1lb but I can live with a -2lb loss.BAD NEWS Gym didn't go the lady called me to remind me of my appointment and I flat out asked her if they had a MONTHLY plan incase I didn't have money 1 month or kids sick ect and they said no they have 3,6,9,12,24 month and it is $50 a month WOW!!So I didn't bother BUT my brother said since he is a member @ FITWORKS he can get me a 30 day pass and you pay or sighn nothing and if I like it it is $20 a month $4 for childcare (as many kids )tanning bed $5or$7 a month so if I wanted the works $31 I told the chick that deal and she said well the facilities are not as high tech as ours it is like comparing apples to oranges so I am like whatever BYE lol!
So I am going to take my bro up on his offer way better afforadble deal!

OK not exactly workout but I busted my ass for 3 hours stripping the wall that goes down my basement steps thehn painted the wall and trim scrubbed my basement steps twice and made about 30 trips up and down the steps carrying boxes,bags of stuff...ouch my back!

Yeah I know I will probally like now it's just getting there to sighn up lol so far I had only made phone calls.I have alot of stuff I am trying to do at once ,LOSE WEIGHT,HIT THE GYM,DEEP CLEANING AND UPGRADING MY HOME SO WE CAN GET OUT OF THE SHITTY ASS LOAN,TAKING CARE OF 4 KIDS +2 I BABYSIT PULLING MY HAIR LOL!
