Ok update...I had a lil hunger attack after my workout so I was good and had a 100 calorie pk of hostess 1 bite mini cupcakes.Total Calories 1,330
EXERSICES-6.6 miles,27 minutes,75 crunches 15 squats and my strength training routine I was hooked up with.SO I worked out for an hour.: * )
