OK not exactly workout but I busted my ass for 3 hours stripping the wall that goes down my basement steps thehn painted the wall and trim scrubbed my basement steps twice and made about 30 trips up and down the steps carrying boxes,bags of stuff...ouch my back!

yea that sounds like a workout...... cool a basement I want one....... we can't have them here on the coast:rant:

I knew I should have waited to weigh in today lol of course itis
down another 1lb from yesterday so 177 but I guess I will wait
until next Thursday lol probally all the basemnet work lol because I am sore.

Hilly I hear ya,our basement is oldtime it has paneling in 1 room the bathroom needs alot of wall/floor repair and my laundry room has a concrete floor.

Okay Miss Thang how do you not consider stripping/ painting a freakin' basement a workout??? HA! That's some mighty calorie burning right there, girl! Btw... congrats to hitting 177, honey!!!! Must be from all that added fiber in your diary due to that cereal. haha! Keep at it, sweet one!

HERE ARE A FEW GOALS I HAVE SET AND REALLY WANT TO KEEP UP WITH AND ACTUALLY DO THEM!
1)-UP CALORIE INTAKE 200 CALS EITHER EVERY WEEK OR EVERY OTHER WEEK UNTIL I HIT AROUND 1800
2)-3 DAYS OF STRENGTH TRAINING(MY WEEKNESS)
3)CONTINUE MY CARDIO EITHER ST.BIKE,DANCING,JOGGING IN PLACE BUT KEEP IT AT A FASTER PACE INSTEAD OF LAZY MODE LOL
4)HIT 169 BY FEB THIS WILL BE A GOAL WEIGHT I HAVEN'T SEEN SINCE HIGH SCHOOL!

TY MOON!!Ok I am the 1st to admit I never gove myself credit for how far I have came and not just with the weightloss,I was in MSGHETTOBOOTY'S diary and saw how she said her 20's suck well I got to thinking all the stuff I have been through or done since I can remeber and I will make this as short as possible lol "YOU KNOW ME THO".

As a child I remember alot of being abused by my dad such as punched kicked hitting my mom so bad heknocked 3 of her teeth out I blame a lil of my eating the way I did on him I would be hungry as a kid remind you about 8-9 and would ask dad can I have a peanutbutter sandwhich he would make like 20 pancakes and make me eat them all umm I didn't ask for pancakes and I would get sick if I ate all that well this went on until they got divirced at 11 I got a NEW drunk Stepdad who put the moves on my friends belived in hitting with belt buckles as punishment so I ran away to homeward bound then lived with a frined that had cool parents that let us party our asses off ok I am 14 now.

Me and my friend got into a stragers car and 2 guys made me do things I didn't want to do they didn't bother her I guess cuz she wasn't very good looking "lucky me",well I turned to a counsler at school to help and she told everyone womans crisis center,had the police escirt me from school to file a report so I turned to drugs such as pot,dropping alot of acid,I even was addicted to huffing,I remeber locking myself in the bathroom and putting whitout in a baggy and inhaling it,this went on for a while.

Ok I dropped out of school after taking my GED test @16 and failing so I qwent to work to support my ongoing pot,beer,acid addictions @ 17 my stepdad crossed the line so I married the 1st idiot that was a loser didn't and still don't work abusive alot of it mentally,so DIVORCED @22 and stayed single for like 15 months until met hubby got preggers w/ my 1st child had bad pains found out I had a 12 LB cyst on my ovaries and if I could tollerate the pain for 2 months until I hit 4 months preggers than my daughter had a high survival rate and I did just that and she turned out gr8 but meanwhiule in recovery i lost my dad to alchoholism and overweight alot of health problems,organs shut down so we went on to have 2 more kids then got married we had a rocky time when I was preggers with my 3rd child 1st son @ 7 months he decides I am a bitch and he sleeps w/ a 15 year old married gal coworker w/ a child herself GO Figure I take him back after he begged and promised forgiveness ok I belive in 2nd chances and thats it,I went on to have my 4th and LAST son APRIL3RD 2006 and from there I have lost my weight 77lbs.
SO LOOKING BACK I HAVE CAME ALONG WAY AND REMIND YOU WHEN I 1ST FOUND OUT I WAS PREGGERS I QUIT SMOKING,DRINKING,DRUGS EVERYTHING COLD TURKEY AND HAVEN'T WENT BACK EXCEPT A BEER ON A SPECIAL OCCATION.I wanted to share this with my friends!

You know kid, you've come a long way and YOU are a TRUE inspiration. I am an emotional eater for the last two years. I've turned to food and wine at night and I have not endured anything close to what you have.

You have my utmost respect. How old are your kids?

All we can do is keep looking to the future & not dwell on the past. I'm sorry for all you have had to endure, but am so happy you have become the person you are today. :D
 
TY Maggie,Angel,Moon,my kids are 22 months,boy,6 years boy,8 years,girl,9 years girl and my girls are 11 months apart and all my kids were born in April(2 kids)and MAY
 
Thank you for sharing that. You have a really good head on your shoulders and I think you have risen above your childhood wounds. Congrats on 178 and looking great in your new avatar.
 
ps I should add that you are a great person, friend, wife and mother to those four kids. Four! You must have a heart full of love girl. You have been through a lot and keep that good head on your shoulders from now on. You are a powerful person.
 
Ty all I was playing with the camera lol. Well I almost sort of BLEW it tonight I went after my 30 minutes on stationary BIKE and made me a grilled turkey sandwhich everything was fat free or reduced fat but it had cheese,canadianbacon,bacon bits,lean turkey,lite helmans mayo,lite wheat but total cals for this big sand = 370 so I ate less than 1/2 and gave the rest to my daughter and also grabbed 100 cals worth baked chips so I didn't fail thank god!!

my egg beaters w/ff topps lite mcmuffin(270 cals)
LUNCH
chicken soft tacos FF toppings(270 cals)
SNACK
1 peanutbutter slimfast crunch bar(120 cals)
a 1 bite peice of coffee cake(40 cals?for 1 bite sounds fair lol)
DINNER
1 lean cuisine lasagna chicken patties(280 cals)
mixed veggies(80 cals)
SNACK
baked cheese ritz chips(100 cals)
1/2 sandwhich piled high but healthy made and after 9PM(180 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1,340 WOW STILL DID GOOD ALMOST HIT MY TARGET OF 1,400:coolgleamA:
EXERSICES 30 MINUTES STATIONARY BIKE 10.6 MILES
