"Niapage's"Out with the old In with the New"

hey tammy.. wow 6 lbs in one week.. yikes.. guess better kick up this game if i'm going to keep up with you.. lol i think the most i have lost in one week was 4 lbs and that was when i first started really losing weight due to exercising for crazy amounts of time each day and eating like maybe 1500 cals a day..

Hey Sista! Glad to hear you are still going strong with the exercise. I have a ball too, aren't those things great??? I remember when I had a trainer he had me sitting on it bobbing up and down doing some form of jumping jack. It was so embarassing, but I did get a great work out.

I am with you on "1 serving of cereal is never enough". They say to have 2 weetabix and I always have 3. Then I start on the honey shreddies and I hate to think how many servings of that I am deemed to have had. And this is every day - challenge or not.

It is great that you got to dance at the birthday party. That has to be the best form of exercise in so many ways - dancing at a party.

Sooner than you think I hopped on for a peak to see if there was any damage from the 2 cheat meals I had over the weekend and guess what I saw "178"I AM STILL IN SHOCK lol boy does that ball work miracles lol!
Yeah there was a couple of songs I would have loved to get my freak on but I felt too embarrassed and since it was a 16 b-day there was no ALCOHOL so I couldn't get crazy lmao.

Howdy OK I did my stationary BIKE faster than usual 5 miles in 20 minutes
then I tried out"THE BALL" for the 1st time lol,not bad I did crunches(30)pushups (25)squat thingys(25)thigh thingys lol (20)and 1 couple where you lie on your tummy,lol I have a feeling my shoulders will be sore tomorrow,oh I also did some weights 4 differnt things 20 reps of each!

GHETTOBOOTY-My ceral is KELLOGS EXTRA FIBER a serv is 1/2 cup and ummm a 1/2 a cup don't fill me up lol so I have 2 and a lil more than 1/2 of servs here is the nutrion facts.
CALS 1/2 CUP = 90 W/SKIM MILK
FIBER 1/2 CUP=13

still doing great.......... keep it u p girl

Ok I did 20mins on STATIONARY bike 5.1 miles I danced and did the BALL routine for 29 minutes so I totaled 49 minutes.
 
What????? No WW choc chip cookie dough???

Hee hee . . . ya know, I went out this week and bought some . . they are quite good!

I read in somebody else's diary about you losing your dad and having surgery while you were pregnant, what an ordeal. I had no idea but you have really been through a lot.

Thank you all much!!it was tough with my dad but you see what depression does to ya,he was overweight got a divorce from my so he turned to drinking and eating even more until it was to late. But onto more HAPPIER things like I have had yet another good day and it has been a easy one,lol some days are tough with the battleing the cravings ect but today no problems!
I am getting ready to exersice here in a few so I will be back to update.

Hey Kimbery TY ***HUGGGS*** Yeah having that cyst had to be 1 of the most painful things EVER!!I had to carry it around until I hit 4 months preggers so that lessoned the chance for miscarriage,then I had it removed ,I was cut from about a 1/2 inch above my belly button all the way down to my bikini line about a 12 in scar 35 staples and try being preggers with morning sickness and not being alowed to puke they would give me shots in my IV to keep me from getting sick then 3 days later I went home and had to sleep sitting straight up in my chair for a couple weeks,MISERABLE I tell ya,but my little girl is 100% healthy!I also went on to have 3 more kids with 1 ovary can we say what in the heck is in the WATER down here lol.
