1 PLAIN baked potatoe w/ butter spray & pepper(110 cals)

EXERSICE WENT FOR A 60 MIN...WALK HILLS INCLUDED.
GOING TO AUNTS TO PLAY TEXAS HOLDEM TONIGHT AND I NEED TO FINISH SCRUBBING MY CABNEST W/ MURPHY'S OIL SOAP SIMPLY THE BEST PRODUCT I HAVE DISCOVERED LOL.
IHAVE A FANTASTIC WEEKEND ALL AND BLACK TEAM THINK FIBER
