IHAVE A FANTASTIC WEEKEND ALL AND BLACK TEAM THINK FIBER

I usually average a lb or 2 but being my 1st cheatfree week back after gaining 9 lbs over the holidays I am assuming I lost alot of water my face has went down alot,when I gain I swear my face,fingers bloat and after being back on track a few days my rigns are loser and my 2nd chin disapears lol weird.
 
always nice to see a change in the face. ...since everyone sees it all the time!

I have done as high as 4 lbs. in one week before.

I think half was water and the other was actual fat.

This was also after bein' off tom a full week.

So happy for ya!

Howdy everyone it was late lastnight by the time I got home and the FREAKS were invading the WLF tonight and I didn't want to even touch that 1 lol!

I found a way to get ALL my FIBER in 1 sitting have BRAN cereal in the morning it doesn't look the yummiest but over all taste not bad

OK FRIDAY night played cards until 4 AM LOST LOST LOST we play for 1st and 2nd and you guessed it I placed 3rd 3 out of 4 games and 3rd get to grab a beer for the 1st and 2nd places that are still playing lol.

lean cusine chicken clubw/ mustard(320 cals)
SNACK
1 bananah(100 cals)
DINNER'
1 plain baked poataoe butter soray hott seasoning(100 cals)mixed veggies(80 cals)1 lemon pepper chicken breast baked(200 cals)

FAT free jello(25 cals)
Exersice LAZZZZY BAD I know well I was gone all day until 4 AM
plus my rest day

OK ONTO SATURDAY
I had a cheat day I went to my cousins 16th b-day party pretty fun danced to a few songs, Clumsy,Low,Macorania(so lame lol)cha cha slide was one of them and all that hopping they make you do...ouchie to my boobies lol!

Ocharlies chicken cheese trio on wheat w/ lite mayo and a cup of potatoe soup instead of a BOWL thats a little acconmplishment lol

2 slices of pizza
1 SMALL SMALL slice cake and even shared with my son
SNACK
a ice cream cone and it wasn't bad either 20 cals for cone and 170 for the( "BITHDAY BASH)icecream,it has blue icing in it yum!!
EXERSICES dancing 30 minutes
 
wow.. tammy nice menu.. haha i can't wait till i can say i am 180 that will be so nice.. haha i can't wait to say i hit my goal for the challenge either but got another 6.8 lbs to go.. haha in 5 weeks think i can do it??.. lol i am sure i can as long as dh doesn't let me fall off the wagon again which at this point i don't think he will since he's trying to lose weight also so he wants to keep me in line.. haha well hope things are going well for you. talk to you soon.

hey sounds like you had fun...dancing is a fun workout. sometimes i have a dance on my dance mat just to get my minutes up when i'm bored lol!

way to go on the bran flakes...i may have to get some of that!

Diet looks pretty good. A little cheating is needed once in a while to keep us sane. It is all a matter of calories in vs. calories out, just exercise a little harder that day and add some strength training. Good luck.
 
Ok I went to walmart got me a HAPPY BUNNY wife beater to match my girly happy bunny boxers to work out in,and I finally bought me a EXERSICE BALL now I am just waiting to hear back from a friend on a routine for me and "THE BALL" lol.
I am back on track once again and according to the scale not much damge control is needed for my cheats.

Holy crap... what brand is that cereal??? I mean, if you can get ALL your fiber at one sitting, that badboy must send you running to the bathroom once your spoon hits an empty bowl. HA! I'm a huge fan of fiber. ;) Just warning you that I'm here to drag your mighty fine bum into the 170s, girlfriend. Wishing you and the family a wonderful week, Tammy!

Howdy OK I did my stationary BIKE faster than usual 5 miles in 20 minutes
then I tried out"THE BALL" for the 1st time lol,not bad I did crunches(30)pushups (25)squat thingys(25)thigh thingys lol (20)and 1 couple where you lie on your tummy,lol I have a feeling my shoulders will be sore tomorrow,oh I also did some weights 4 differnt things 20 reps of each!

GHETTOBOOTY-My ceral is KELLOGS EXTRA FIBER a serv is 1/2 cup and ummm a 1/2 a cup don't fill me up lol so I have 2 and a lil more than 1/2 of servs here is the nutrion facts.
CALS 1/2 CUP = 90 W/SKIM MILK
FIBER 1/2 CUP=13
