Howdy all well I managed to lose 1.5 lbs and that was not keeping up with cals(which I knew I wasn't eating the healthest)but I did bike 4 days @8-10 miles so hmmmm I'll take it haha..HUGGS YARAMIAH I am doing ok.Well if I don't get back here before X-MAS I WANT TO WISH EVERYONE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!!***HUGGS***,TAMMY
 
YAY! thats good news Tammy!!!

you know I've tried and tried to get on your myspace page. It just DOESN"T show up, until I get frusterated and push the back button...then everything pops up, but its too late, I can't post anything....it happends like that EVERYTIME! Its no big deal, just wanted to let you know I do try though!!

Well the 170's came and went so fast again lol anyway I balloooned back up to 183-184ish which I kind of exspected that since I didn't bike for a few days nor did quit eating all the junk everywhere .BUT.......I am back on track TODAY I woke up late so no breakfast but I had a lean cuisine pinini sand for lunch w/ 1 sm apple,then a wWW cookie doe sundae anyway I wuill pui it in my menue.
I am going to bike when hubby gets home.Glad Christmas came and went I am BEAT and BROKE lol.

oh but you touched on the 170s! that in itself is huge, the rest is probably food weight and water weight, rather than fat/calories.
