wow! I have done the same thing. I only lost 2 lbs over the last year. I started at 213, and I got down to 190, and now I'm back up to 213. UGH. At least you lost the 15 by the end of the year. I DIDN'T! W/E... its in the past now. We're gunna rock out this year.
 
Thank GALS I am glad I am not alone in this 1! Ok well I drug and dusted lol my gazzele off and did 20 minutes on it alonng with 6 miles on my stationary bike.I did this before dinner to so kind of early for me as well,also my daughter did 2.4 miles on my stationary bike and played on the gazeele and had no 2nds when I mad italian spaghetti and garlic bread,also she likes alot more different veggies than I do,she wanted me to buy cherry tomatoes and broccoli when I go grocery shopping tomorrow,she likes broccoli cooked with butter spray and cherry tomatoes plain(ewwwwy)lol.
Anyway she understands and we arewroking as a team intil her lil attitude kicks in and she says "I don't want to do ot lol.
BREAKFAST

LUNCH more like BRUNCH
3 serv egg beatersw/3 sm candian bacon,FF cheese(150 cals)lite toast butter spray(80 ca;s)230 CALS
snack
WW cookie doe sundae (150 cals)
DINNER
mixed veggies(80 cals)
WW 3 cheese zini (280 cals)
SNACK
I made a big bowl of tuna salad (2-boiled eggs,onions,lite miracle whip,3 tblsp vinnegar)so 360 for the whole thing I will probally eat 1/2 of it with a fork no bread or crackers so...(180 cals)
special K honey nutt bar(90 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1,100 A tad low maybe grab a handful of grapes
exersice ~~ 20 mins. gazzele~~6.5 miles stationary bike~~(will do 50 crunches before bed!)
 
Aww, your daughter sounds like a sweetie. A lot of kids could foil their mom's weight loss plans, I'm glad your daughter is in it with you. I don't think up and down 15 lbs is too big a deal, especially considering how much you've lost. You have to think, around 10 of it is water weight right? So you're just dealing with really and up and down of 5 lbs.

Hello,
sorry i have been MIA lately. Family things and then the Holiday kept me from logging on.
But I am back on track just like you!! We are going to reach our goals this year!!!!
Just before Christmas I saw 141 on my scale and this morning it is 147.6 which is almost 7 lbs gained. It is crazy how quickly it piles up (in like 10 days) but it takes me like over a month to lose it... Sigh.. oh well. I think I needed a break and now I am back in full force...
See you and work hard girl, 2008 is the year for a skinny YOU!!

That's another great day. You really are back on track. I am so proud of you. It's no surprise that Christmas has been difficult for you - with four children in the house you had not option but be surrounded with all those delicious things and you were just bound to eat them too. But Christmas is behind us now and you are doing brilliantly.

Do not focus on the 15 pound loop concept. They are just a random bunch of past weights. A list of our weights across the year as a whole is no more relevant than our start weight. They are historical facts and nothing more. We can demonstrate to ourselves by comparing our start weight and our current weight that we know what to do to lose weight effectively.

The only real weights to concern yourself with are your weights across the past month or so (so you can deduce the recently acquired splurge pounds from over Christmas) and your weight today. Just before Christmas you were in the 170s and happy with your recent progress. Splurge pounds will be very quickly lost now that you are back on track. Tyly verified this fact. You are now back on track. The picture is going to look a lot better very soon.

Continue as you are doing.

Howdy everyone,well I did gr8 all the way up until bed time then I caved in and fixed a grill cheese and a bowl of tamatoe soup w/ crackers grrrrr so eating right before bed BAD!!!BUT new day today and I didn't screw up too too bad,the scale read 186.5 so yeah a 1/2 lb but I am not worried,me and my daughter is going grocery shopping this evening and we are stocking up on lits of fruits for those late night cravings!
OK No more "SETBACK" HUGGS EVERYONE and TY for the kind words and support!:patriot:
 
Everyday is a brand new day. Don't worry about yesterday. By the way - I love grilled cheese and tomato soup. I've been reading through some of the post and your doing great!!

Hi Tammy! Don't sweat the past weigh ins! You are still no where close to where you began and this is definatly a learning process. You will get to your goal! You have been very close several times. Just have to stay strong and stick to your guns! I know it's hard but just keep constant reminders around of what you want to achieve! I need to do the same thing:p lol I hope you have a wonderful week!!

Tammy those night time cravings are bad. I can go all day long without eating but at night it just gets crazy. I can eat perfect all day long and feel full and satisfied but about 10 pm or so the craving monster comes out. Before I know It I have added another 500-700 calories that I didn't need. Hang tough girl...... go get those fruit and veggies for snacks..........
