Well I did my EXERSICES,I did 7 miles bike some floor exersises,squat's,crunches,lunges,scissors,girly pushups,dance 2 songs(otep this chick rocks)OH FREAKING TOMis here to so I am dealing with bloating moody,irratated ectbut I am lucky he stays about 3-4 days and thats it so by FRIDAY I should be OK for weigh in.


1 bite taters(15 cals)1 bite mac(15 cals)1 bite muffin(15 cals)turkey(200 cals)stuffing(160 cals)mixed veggies 80 cals)
