I am sorry that you are having such a rotten time. It is really tough for you.

I know that you have a million things going on in your head - but you really need to try to get some sleep or you will be ill. If you have a poor night's sleep - try to sleep during the day. Dont worry about christmas decorating - the family would have a pretty poor christmas if you were ill. Getting yourself to feel better is actually doing something constructive towards the kids getting a good christmas.

Dont worry about reading my diary - I know that you send me your love and support. Spend the time having a bite to eat. I dont want you going into starvation mode because you are not eating enough. That will just give you more problems. I swear by cereal and skimmed milk. I can have it morning, afternoon or evening. There are no rules. Some people think only of cereal for breakfast but it is great, easy and cheap at any time of the day.

A handful of raisins adds tons of calories and helps keep you regular. I have some every day.

Hello everyone ty again for the support.I managed about 5 hours sleep with an hout and 1/2 nap to so 6 &1/2 hours total.I made me some egg beaters and 1 slice lite wheat toast then me and my aunt took the kids to use their resteraunt coupons I had a small order of fries and their tartar sauce and a ice water and that was it.I am making thanksgiving dinner for me and the kids,I make SAGE flavored stove top and it has only 160 cals for 1/2 cup so not bad.I feel a lil better today.
MY MENUE
BREAKFAST
egg beaters FF cheese w/1 slice lite wheat toast (140 cals)
LUNCH
french fires and tarter sauce w/ ice water (out to eat(350 cals)
DINNER
1 bite taters(15 cals)1 bite mac(15 cals)1 bite muffin(15 cals)turkey(200 cals)stuffing(160 cals)mixed veggies 80 cals)
SNACKS
cahews 1 serv(150 cals)
grapes(50 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1,185 MUCH BETTER TODAY AND I FEEL STUFFED!

I stepped on the scale this morning in my sweats and didnt mind the number so Im hopeful for Monday when I weight in...i wanna fianlly move my damn ticker!!!

KIMBERLYMy hubby has been a total butt kisser later and also called the friend (tammy)and told her he thinks it's not a good ideal that she calls as much or hangs out with him after wotk cuz it makes my wife upset (YA THINK :cuss:)Geeeesh she has her own hubby to hang out with lol anyway that is that for now.
MOONGODDESSLol I figured hell I cooked all this food and I did need to taste it to make sure the taters weren't to pastey and the mac and cheese was cheesey enough lol and it keeps me from feeling deprived to as well good seeing ya agin I need to visit you.
CERELLAThats your best bet cuz you know TOM ='s water weight and WE don't need to see that because that just get's us aggervated and off track,I haven't hopped on the scale since SUNDAY and it said 180 even so I am HOOOOOOOOOOPING I get to get back into those 170's again this week.I have 169 for my XMAS goal and if I can get to the 170's this week it could become a realistic goal again.
Well I am having a turkey sandwhich for lunch,that is why I made a 15 lb turkey yesterday so I can havit it for lunch and dinner I love REAL TURKEY.

Good morning!!! Glad things are a bit smoothed over with the hubby! I hated to hear about your holiday stress and fighting! I am keeping my fingers crossed for 170's this week and good luck with TOM. He is definatly a rotten bastard! lol. I will be enjoying the same thing the week before my wedding. Bridezilla here I come!!! lmao. Have a good one hon and keep up the good fight!

Well done with getting your exercise and getting another day's food with much more appropriate calorie level. I hated to think of you starving yourself - it just isnt good for you.

I am sorry about you getting your TOM - it makes all of us feel a bit worse one way or another. I am sure that Sheryl told us that exercise is more effective at that time - so the bike riding may pay off even more than usual.

I am sure that you will be back in the 170s when you stop retaining water with the TOM. You work really hard for your weight loss and deserve to see even more good results.

Ty all Yes I regretably had my hair chopped off about a couple months ago,it was so dead and bridle and wouldn't do anything,lol the 1 thing I di like about it is if I don't style it,it still has a layered look to it cuz she layered it.

Ok I kicked booty I hit a RECORD 10 MILES on my stationary bike and it took 48 minutes to do it,I also did squats and crunches and pushup's 1 hour of working it lol!:party:

Exersice total's so far 3 hours 20 minutes
