Im having one of those tired and blah days as well but at least you exercised...well I shoveled snow but that is abt it...take care girl...

Howdy everyone,
It is so DARK & GLOOMY here today oh and did I mention COLD to all this rain is suppose to turn over to SNOW(POOR CERELLA) but not stick thank god cuz I am not ready for that.Hubby is @ work right now so I dunno the mood yet,he called all night from work to applagize for missing santa oh well he has to live with it.
I am likeing the not feeling hungry all the time I am really convinced that snacking on GRAPES & CASHEWS is the way with dealing with hunger pains :smash:. I have to grocery shop today a,take my daughter to tumbling classes then my mom to see my stepdad,he gets shipped to the V.A HOSPITAL in cleveland Ohio to hopefully get special thereapy,surgeries ect for his neck and spine so maybe he can get some back he basically can move his finfers and lift head up a little but unable to walk,potty,feed his self ect the stuff we take for granted I would go CRAZY just not being able to itch my nose the lil things.

As to your protein today, go to sparkpeople and enter it. I use fitday, and it calculates all your protein. I dunno if sparkpeople does. :)

So sweet pictures!! My daughter was all exited to see Santa and when the big moment came she got so shy and threw a tantrum...
I am bouncing back and forth with my weight, up and down, up and down.. I can relate to how you felt earlier about that!

Hi Tammy! Hope your monday is going well and your enjoying your 170's. The pics with Santa are cute! I want to take my son some time during the week when things aren't CRAZY! That's awsome about the cashews! I wish they would do that to me but I love cashews and snacky things so eating those would be a VERY bad idea for me:p Hope you have a great week!

You food and exercise look great! I was planning on getting up and getting some exercise in, but it was just soo tired and the bed was all warm n cozy. I hope to be motivated like you and get on the NT tomorrow!

Dinner
lean cuisine chicken patty lasagna(280 cals 19 g protien)mixed veggies(80 cals 2 g protien)
SNACK
1/2 nannah(50 cals 2g protien)
1 grapple (80 cals 3 g protien)
Total calories 1,250 PROTEIN 105 Exersices be back in a few lol!
 
Thank you Curvie!EXERSICES-stationary bike 10 miles= 45 minutes+ 100 crunches,danced 2 song's did weight's 25 squars so 1 hour of TOTAL WORKOUT!!:seeya:
 
Hi Tammy

You are doing so well with your protein and calories. My food gives me similar levels of protein but I know from earlier weeks of the challenge that my calories are a lot higher than yours.

It is wonderful that cashews and grapes works out so well as a snack for you. I quite often have a little bowl of grapes. I love cashews but I do not dare have any. I love them so much - they are one of those things that I cannot stop eating once I start. I could open a big bag of them and eat them all! And then I'd want more!!!
