You are rocking here girl!! Way to go on all the protein and exercises!! I tried out the bike in the gym the other day for the first time... I never got around to try it, thought it wouldn't burn calories as running does.... well two sore buns later I know how mistaken I was. It kept my heart-rate high the whole time and really made me work for it. Now I am in love with the thing and hop on it first thing I get to the gym.
Your 10 miles in 45 min is very impressive!!. I think I did 8.1 miles in 40 min and there was not one minute more left in me.... i was dead.
