Hello everyone,well weighed in "182" so up 1 LB which I am not complaining cuz when I have a bad week eating it usually whinds up a 5+ lb gain so I'll take that.I am having a DIFFERENT approach until after THANKSGIVING just to kepp me somewhat inline but I am eating somethings I like that are loaded with cals but I am working my butt off afterwards and still adding healthy foods like I had a HEALTHY breakfast and then not the greatest choices for lunch and dinner but I eliminated my snacks and worked out for about 1 hours and 10 minutes and didn't eat after 9PM and I stay up until 2AM on weekends.
Then all the way to 140's by SPRING!
