Ok I didn't go out for breakfast or lunch matter of fact I haven't ate anything yet and it is 12:15,I guess the BAD food before bed made feel like blahness :ack2:..I just wanted to eat something I haven't had in a while before I start the new challange so I can be consistant with the weightloss without blowing it like I kind of did with the halloween challange.
I hopped on the scale it said 179.5 so I gained 1 lb after eating all that all tho I walked the MOST I have walked in a long time.My leggs feel like spaghetti right now lol.
Grrrr I get paid tomorrow and the grocery store I shop at KROGERS are talking STRIKE by tomorrow if they don't work out a health care plan thing I know it has to do with UNION ect so wouldn't that be nice lol.
Well not sure what I am doing today I am skeeeming for bingo plans for tomorrow or go see SAW4 haven't decided which yet tho_Ok I need to stay on track and I am planning to walk again tonight if it isn't to bitter out,lastnight it was like 65 degrees PERFECT ,tonight they are talking 30's :gnorsi:.....Ok be backlater with menue and exersices!

Hi Tammy,
You were fine with your calories, you probably should have a day like this every two or three weeks... It will lessen the temptation at other times and you won't feel deprived. Staying so close to 1200 cal can be hard at times.. LOL
You are going to do great in the Christmas Challenge I just know it.
Oh, I am making that low cal cheese cake this weekend if it turns out to be good i am going to post the recipe...

Howdy everyone,
Ok I swear I have it all out of my system now lol
I snuck my oldest daughter out just the 2 of us because we usually get to do anything but we went grocery shopping then we hit"APPLEBEES" I had my club melt and loaded smash potatoes then we shared a "BLONDIE" the best desert on the face of the earth so trust me when I say"I HAVE IT OUT OF MY SYSTEM FOR A WHILE!"
I don't regret it matter of fact I came home walked my dog for about 1 mile then hit my stationary bike for 5.5 miles at 13 MPH for 21 minutes then 100 crunches..So I feel better :chillpill:
I know the scale isn't going to be gentle on me in the AM so I am going to wait to weigh in on SATURDAY for the challange so maybe a 1lb or 2 will disapear :willy_nilly: ok here is my menue :banghead:

1 slow churned no sugar added ice cream(150 cals)

EXERSICES walked 1 mile and stationay bike 5.5 miles,100 crunches

Grrrrrr just as I exspected I had to hop on and take a peak
and boy does my body HATE me when I try to enjoy a day and
night off "182" IT SAID that damn old scale lol.:rant: BUT I am not going
to sweat it because I am back hard at work and it may take a day 2,3
4 but I will see 170's again very soon I should have waited until 175 so
my couple meals didn't push me back into the 180's,they so haunt me
:reddevil:.Ok enough bitching and moaning I had me detox shake taste
like shit but I drank one to sub my breakfast it is made by beach bodies
and it says to drink 3 shakes a day for 2 days for best results and if you can't
(which I can't lol) drink 1 to replace a meal,it has lot's of good stuff in it
vitamans and such.

shake (0 cals it is mixed with water)
Lunch -late 1
2 healthy chicken wraps (250 cals)
SNACK
watermelon(40 cals)
grapes(60 cals)
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals)

Great attitude girl! I too, have a love/hate relationship with the scale- mostly hate. :rofl: Keep doing what you
are doing- it is good for you and you WILL see results and be rewarded
for all your hard work!

Don't worry about the scale. It'll go back down. I don't know how you can eat so little. I would be stark raving mad with hunger at under 1200 cals. Hell, I'm starving when I eat less than 1500..lol.
 
Hey tammy.. hope things are well with you and the kiddos. things here are good. dh got word that his orders should hopefully come in by next friday so a week from today. woohoo and i signed up for college again and now officially a college student again. so yikes on that.. lol but am planning on pouring my heart and soul into finishing school and keeping on track with the weightloss so i can look super hot at graduation from college. woohoo.. lol feels kinda weird going back to school when my little boy isn't even 3 years old yet and i had planned on being a stay at home mom till he started school but i am going crazy with not being in school so back to school i go. lol. hope things keep going good with you. see you around.

Mine showed 2.2 lbs gain this week. Yuck.. but I am not going to sweat it... just looking forward to the Christmas Challenge to keep me in track.

Hey there everyone ok I am not going to beat around the bush but I had some not so heathy foods lastnight BUT I am done with it all and I am totally back on I am not going to sit back and let the scales get up to "190's" again grrr but I am being honest and the scale said "181"so thats that NOW on with the challange ond weight loss!!O definatley have my :conehead: in the game.
