Grrrrrr just as I exspected I had to hop on and take a peak
and boy does my body HATE me when I try to enjoy a day and
night off "182" IT SAID that damn old scale lol.

BUT I am not going
to sweat it because I am back hard at work and it may take a day 2,3
4 but I will see 170's again very soon I should have waited until 175 so
my couple meals didn't push me back into the 180's,they so haunt me

.Ok enough bitching and moaning I had me detox shake taste
like shit but I drank one to sub my breakfast it is made by beach bodies
and it says to drink 3 shakes a day for 2 days for best results and if you can't
(which I can't lol) drink 1 to replace a meal,it has lot's of good stuff in it
vitamans and such.
