Sorry to hear about your financial woes. But it's good that you and hubby are getting back on track. :)

:iagree:I completely agree with Mal and Hajni about Christmas. Things are getting out of control when people are expected to spend a month's salary on presents. My fondest childhood Christmas memories aren't about any presents I got, but about times with my family. :)

Your kids are as cute as ever.

Now, make sure you don't skip any meals tomorrow. :D

Yes, financial problems are some of the most stressful sometimes. I know you know that Mal and Kimberly and them are right, but I can understand as parents you also wish you could give more nice things to your kids. I'll tell you from experience, growing up with a single mom on welfare, then Section 8, even with great grandparents, I was very aware that I had far less than a lot of my friends and schoolmates. Sometimes I wished for more, but my mom would tell me that a lot of kids were total spoiled brats and I shouldn't be too concerned with materialism. I also could, if I wanted, just go to my friend's house around the block, who had everything from a play house to trampoline to a dog to a bunny rabbit :) I feel for you, but being broke is a complete builder of character :rotflmao: I think that the Salvation Army will totally help you out and I'm thinking I'll donate my smashed up Honda to them this year with you in mind, instead of trying to get a few hundred bucks :) Yup, that's what I'll do. Ok, you have a lovely day and no skipping meals, for goodness sake, munch a power bar or something! :hug2:

Ok I slept through breakfast but I had lunch and I am getting ready for my snack.The scale is still CRUEL so I put it up until FRIDAY so I dont' get thrown off track by it's abuse lol.Well hubby is working late tonight so I will be dancing and doing my bike in my room.Well not alot happeneing at the moment so LATER!
 
OK I was feeling really motivated after reading some diaries so I got my butt away from the computer locked myself in my room and went to work!
Heres what I did
statioanry bike 24 minutes = 5.1 miles
crunches-100
squats-25
dont know what these are called but I sat on the edge of the bed and used my arms to lift my butt off the bed anyway 25
danced a couple songs -5 minutes

WOOOHOOO I am ahead of the game today!

Breakfast snooozed
LUNCH
2 turkey wraps using lowcarb low calorie shells(50 cals a piece) turley ff cheese bacon bits mustard(250 cals)
SNACK
1 cherry cola freezy
special K honey nutt snack bar(90 cal)
DINNER
2 steamed pork chops (320 cals)
1/2 plate mixed veggies (80 cals)

plain baked potatoe small with seasoning and ff butter spray(100 cals)
SNACK
1 bowl of honey granola cheerios skim milk and a cut up bannah in it(250 cals)

Total Calories 1,190

Wow what a sweet thing to do I am hoping after my kiddies are grown up or us getting back on our feet I would love to help out others by donating,goods,money,time,I still throw change into the salvation army canaster when I come out of the store even tho I am low on funds.
Yeah I have been hearing about the meal skipping it wasn't done on purpose just by the time I got home for my 1st meal around 3ish there was no way I can get in 1,200 cals in 4 hours well unless I hit one of those greasy drive throughs lol.Anyway I am pretty close to my cals today good seeiong ya HUGGS tammy

LOL! Sorry to rag on ya! ;) How sweet, and yes, I always donate at least money, I've done volunteer work before as well. My grandmas on both sides taught me the importance of helping out others, but I think the most of my efforts goes to maintaining close friendships and taking my good buddies out for a good time :D :cheers2: Anyway, have a fantastic day! :hug2:
 
My hubby makes his own version of "chicken parmesan": takes a Quorn chicken patty, throws some pasta sauce on and some mozzarelly and parmesan cheese and puts it in the toaster for like 10 min on 350, it is totally delicious and done in 10 min..
Your menu looked good today and I am totally trying that DOle pita thing..

Ty and yeah PM me your addy and I will send ya mine.Also I try so hard and I swear I hate hubbys days off it usually goes like this here is hubby"Are ya hungy?Yeah I am I am always hungry well I am going to get some KFC you want anything NAH I am on my diet(for the zillionth time)ok now thoughts of KFC snakers and their foods are in my head so 10 minutes goes by hubby says Honey you want KFC I am leaving to get it now I reply with a loud voice lmao"YES ALREADY YES I CAN'T TAKE IT GIVE ME THE 2 SNACKER COMBO WITH THE MASH TATERS grrrrr BAD tammy lol.
 
Don't feel bad at all about the KFC. I added up your calories, and it was only 1630. That's not bad at all. If I eat that many, I consider it a good day. :) In fact, today I ate 1631 and am rather happy about it. So take a :chillpill:. You're fine---only thing bad about that meal was the sodium and fat. No biggie when it's just occasional. :)
