:jump: Yay got up felt TIRED :rolleyes: darn sever tornado warning storms kept my eyes pasted to the boobtube until 1 AM grrrr any way I lost drumrole
4 lbs this week and 5 last woohoo back on track,2 more lbd and HELLO "170's.:) I didn't cheat totday but I splurged a hair and 3 instead of 2 chicken soft tacos and the shells I use are 50 cals and small still around 300 cals for all!
I am going for "WEEK 3 no cheating here!!I am going to work even harder to get into 170's besides I bough my halloween costume nothing SEXY but I am going to be SALLY from "Nightmare before Christmas I also picked up the "JACK" mask for buttface hubby if he's interested,he has been so mean and acting like a total baby lately!


Lastnight the storms were so bad my mom called and said I might wanna keep the news on for a while so when I told hubby that he cried like a baby about turning off hid MADDEN FOOTBALL game and I was like my kids are on the 2nd floor and sirens going off and tornado warnings I would like to have a few minutes warning.Anyway we argued about me watching the news during his FREETIME hours grrrr when do I get any????Anyway besdies that I am feeling great each day I stick to my gunns.I am totally blocking out cfood commercials,the though of bad foods and it's working.

I think your H needs a good kick in the ass. :) We had tornado warnings last night, too--but all south and east of us. That must have been a big band of storms. Glad you are ok.:hug2:

10 minutes dancing and thats it I am tired I need a rest day soon.It's been quite a while since I had 1.GL with the challange and PLEASE have fun with it!
 
Way to go Tammy. Congrats on the weightloss and the great two weeks. Keep this up and the 170's and possibly the 160's will be here before you know it. I know you have been pretty stressed as far as the kids go and all but keep up the great work. It is really paying off for you.

:jump: Howdy all still going strong ya'LL!! I stuck to my menue
yesterday and it was a FRIDAY to lol! Today is my rest day for
exersicing BUT most likely I will go for a walk or bike or something
nothing too bad just enough to make me feel good.Well I got my costume and it fit it was a 12-14 SALLY costume and I will post a few pics keep in mind I was experimenting with the make up and I don't have my face painted white yet it will look better when I do it for trick or treat day lol!

EXERSICES 20 squats,50 jumping jacks and danced using lot;'s of belly,legg,butt mucles for 20 minutes so a little something on my rest day but not alot.
 
Good afternoon all! Well I haven't done this in a whole but I actually exersiced after lunch I did 6.6 miles on my stationary bike then I did 75 crunches danced a few songs using ab mucles alot and booty shaking :rotflmao: I did some squats 915) I did 5 minutes worth 5 lb weights!about 50 minutes of exersicing yay!We are going to inlaws for his dads b-day party I will be talking me my weight watchers cookie do sundae so the brownies and cake won't bother me.I may take a WW dinner to incase there isn't anything healthy enough to eat last I heard she is make roast potatoes,carrots and gravy I think the gravy is fattening so NO YUMMY food this time.I peeked at the scale and wow :jump: I am not saying gotta wait until friday and I need to hide the scale so no more peeking.

:jump: Yay survived FNL's b-day party :jump:!!I totally stuck to my menue and feeling energetic which rarely happeneds I came home and took the dog for a 2 mile walk ontop of the early exersices i did I am going to kick butt again this week!!!!!!!!!!:hug2:Tammy
 
Hey tammy, well just stopped by to say hi and see how you were doing.. and by the way no fair.. peeking and not telling us. haha :rotflmao: anyways, just letting you know today i did my first official formal exercise on the elliptical in almost 2 weeks. It really kicked my booty. I did 3 miles in 25 minutes and burned 308 cals which normally i can do 6-9 miles in 30-45 minutes.. so yeah needless to say i'm not skipping out on my workouts like that again. I think its great your doing so well. I just hope i can do well to this week as i have 4 lbs to lose to make my goal for the end of the challege. well see you around.
