dance 10 minutes
75 crunches
weights 5 minutes
50 jumping jacks
20 squats
10 back kickes per leg for the booty! 35 minutes exersices

HAJANI :rotflmao: I was hopping on here to say I am off to the hair salon 1st time in like 7 years because I am so sick of my str8 dead hanging hair lol!I am going to tell them DO NOT butcher me and make it boyish short I want it shoulder length and layered lol! I will take pics(you know me pic ho)and post when I get back.

OK ANYONE know how you STOP unwanted EMAILS I must of sighned up for something and can't remember what it could be anyhoot for the last 2 days 200-300 dumb debt,singles,police,nursing jobs,emails that all of the sudden happened.NOTE I don't look at PORN and the emails aren't porn related I have kids and I know the ole porn pc thing ect so WHAT can I do????Tammy
 
oh shoot, I'm sorry to hear about all the spam emails! You sure you didn't accidently sign up for something? or maybe your hubby did?? As frusterating as it is, when I get emails like that, I just sit there, one by one and click the link to have my name removed from their list. I'm sure theres something better out there, I just don't know what it is.

I bet you'r gonna feel sooo good after getting your hair done!!! I can't wait to see pics!

Ok Today is where meal planning will go into overdrive my sones football banquet tonight and all parents are to bring a side dish or desert I asked mother N law to make cupcakes they are having fried chicken I will have NO problem being good lol!PROMISE I feel good again my jeans are looser and I peaked at the scale it was good so shhhhhhhh.:jump:

2 chicken soft healthy made tacos lottttts of lettuce(250 cals)so darn good
SNACK
Bannah dipped into fruit dip(130 cals)
Dinner
1 weight watchers 2 cheese zinni(280 cals)
mixed veggies(75 cals)
Snack
apple(100 cals)
Fat free white chochlate pudding(70 cals):drooling:

Toatal Calories 1,155 a tad low

Exersice lot's of walking if it dont rain or stationary bike I will update later.
 
Howdy everyone I am so beaaaeeeaatttttt!!I did stick to the plan YAY i forgot to eat the apple and I am too tired to get up from my 1st sitting position since 6 hours ago lol.
Here's my EXERSICES FOR TODAY
st, bike (3,6 miles)
15 squats
85 crunches (I am going to increase every other day by 10 cap off 100 lol)
Dancing 8 minutes(2 songs by flyleaf)
took the dog right after that to walk around 7 blocks plus hill of death (that has about 4 blocks counting coming down on the other side si roughly a lil over a mile I am feeling it today

NIGHTERS i AM TURNING IN EARLY 11:30 PM CUZ I MISS AND NEED SLEEP :sleeping::sleeping:
