"Niapage's"Out with the old In with the New"

TY Bikini korrie! --Hjani I am so trying that either tomorrow morning or Monday I too some of your ideal and my aunt's and made me a tiny dab of FRUIT DIP I used reduced cream cheese 1 TBSP 2 TBSP of fat free whip cream 5 splenda packs and a tiny dash of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of fruit cocktail juice mixed it all and dipped my grapes in it ,it was so good and will be even better when I go to the store tomorrow and buy nannahs to dip in it,also the freanch toast topping I feel so happy and stay motivated when I run into recipies that actually turn out and taste good even after you sub for stuff.
I used fat free whipped topping instead of mellopuff stuff it's more cals and fat to that stuff.Ok I am off here until tomorrow got to get up by 9am to get my son to his game by 10am my daughters isn't until 3:30 so spread apart and a 30 minute drive from home,it is my sons LAST game but my daughters team made it to the playoffs :rolleyes:Tammy

Your doing good with your planning and exersicing,Tammy

Hey sweetie! :hug2:

Pita Bread/Pockets can be found in your bakery section of grocery store..

Sometimes they may put them by the Deli as well.

If you have a hard time finding them, look for a worker and ask them to help ya! ;)

Make sure they are whole wheat..Check the label!

Yogurt is: Fat Free Yoplait... You can use either one: Apple Caramel OR Apple Turnover

:)

It turned out really yummy and when I make one tomorrow I am topping it with the fruit dip I made (fat free cream cheese fat free whip cream, tblsp pineapple juice mix and top the pita pockets or the Hajani french toasts lol.I get so excited and it helps staying on track with all the new recipies!

Whoo Tammy, you and I are on the same wave-length here. I was all about finding those pitas and yogurts yesterday!! So I find Joseph's pita it is like 60 cal for a whole pita, so 1/2 is like 30!!! Now, why didn't I know that before? And I eat pitas on a regular basis!! Anyway I couldn't find the yogurt so I substituted sugar free jello caramel pudding (the 60 calorie kind..) after all said and done my dessert came to like 80 calories!!! I got so exited I made one for DH too!! He loved it and I think it will be a regular in my house!!! Thanks Stacy!! :)

Your menu sounds great!! When I pre-plan for the week I am very careful about not repeating too many of my choices otherwise I will get bored!!
So this is my newest thing: I found nice recipes for muffins. I substitute the oil with apple sauce and the sugar with sweatener then I bake the muffins (12 at the time usually, calculate the calories, around 140-150 and these are huge!!!) then I put it in the freezer in an airtight container. So I just take it out the night before I will eat it for breakfast, then put either jelly or p.butter on it!!
You are doing good girl, Keep it up!!
Hajni

You know, dolly... all this talk about pitas is making me crave them. hahaaa! That's the only thing about dropping into people's diaries, I always have a tendency to leave thinking, "Damn... so and so's meal sounds great.. I need to make that.. NOW." haha You're doing fabulous, girl. You'll get to the 170s as long as you remain determined as you are now! :hug2:
