I am hoping someone else will do the XMAS challange
if not I may think about it would be a nice cchallange to do
and a tough one with thanks giving which usually ends up as
eating at 3 different houses plus mine grrrrr lol.
Anyway the Halloween challnage is comeing to an end soon and
I am nowhere close to even being near 160's so I am hoping for
179 atleast so I can say I lost something atleast so these next
2 weeks no cheat days or even a cheat meal!
My big GOAL for now is 169 I have never seen 160's since I have
been dieting off and on for 20 years !!!!!

Ok DAY 3 is going well I had breakfast but it was a LATE 1 around 10:30
AM then I had a big bowl of veggie soup at 12:45 then I am making a healthy
turkey sand at 2:45 I am spreading my foods out instead of eating all my foods at once like usually I would eat the sand and soup at once so I am trying something new to see if I can fight off hunger pains and stay on track!
Oh by the way I must really retain water when I eat badly for 2 weeks at a time because already today I am 3 lbs lighter

1 big bowl of veggie soup (150 cals?)
2 hours later lunch
turkey sand w/ mustard ff cheese lite wheat bread(175 cals)
Snack
1 bowl of special K honey almond cereal skim milk(200 cals)
Dinner
1 BOWL of veggie soup(150 cals)
lean cusine lasagna w/ mini chicken patties(320 cals)
Snack
1 apple (100 cals)
1 special K honey nutt snack bar(90 cals)
I am going for a walk later after son's footballpractice I am shooting for 45 minutes plus crunches.
