Have you tried sugar free varieties? Because of the no sugar, they are usually lower calorie too and the ones I have tried (muffins, cheesecake, etc) are delicious! Did you know there are less calories in the sugar free puddings, then there are in the fat free varieties? Marketers try to be tricky and label so many things FAT FREE and we the consumers think that is best option, but thats not always the case. :eek:

Wow I saw 2 things on your menue :rotflmao: chicken pattie??Do they taste good I saw some low cal,and low fat wheat buns before but didn't know what to put on it lol!
Also WW chocklate cake 80 cals did ya only eay 1/2 or is there a NEW 1 out??I have tried all their deserts and the ice creams I have found lower cals in but not in cake lol,wow :drooling: again :rotflmao:.

The chicken patty on my menu is actually a NON-chicken patty. It is made by QUORN a manufacturer of meat substitutes for vegetarians, you can google it. Hubby and I like meat substitutes and I swear this actually tastes better than the real thing!!!
I just quickly ran and looked at my ww chocolate cake, they are 80 cal for one, i think these are mini cakes as they are about 1" x 3", it's like two bites and gone :mad: There are 6 in a box and they have flavors like, carrot cake, lemon cake, and I think the newest one is caramel.

Whoo I just say I envy your hair then you go and get it even prettier!! You already look so beautiful I can just imagine how you will be at 145!!One hot mamma, hubby better watch out!!! Good news on the scale :cool:!! I used to let the scale rule my moods not anymore.. I got used to the ups and downs or no movements and sudden drops, I just shrug it off now!!
Keep going, two more days and week 7 is over in the Halloween challenge...:( I know I will miss it. It was a real blast.

Howdy every one,Ty for hair comments I have to get used to it still
I have a couple stares like what did you do kind of stares but of well my hair will grow faster and more healthier.Yeah blonde is my natural color but ever since I was 14 and started dieing my hair black,green,blue and red,it messed it up so I have to dye it once in a while lol.Heck just last christmas I died it burgandy I do this at times.

HAJANI-I used to use alot of the meatless products but the rolls that you would make liken chili or tacos with because I DON'T DO BEEF!For my own horrid reasons but I love chicken,white cod,walley,turkey and pork just basically no beef lol!I probally could eat the quorn pattie I may add that to the list.I am going to make the parmesian chicken tonight HICGIRL posted,also your talking about WW lil mini twinkie shaped cakes I thought you meant the frozen cake that has gooy fudge and chochlate shavings on it.
I made FAT FREE WHITE CHOCHLATE pudding and add 1 tbsp of FF whip top and mix in OMG yummmmmy!70-90 cals...
Ok weigh in tomorrow and I only peaked once and that was yesterday so I am doing better with that.I am so going to miss the HALLOWEEN CHALLANGE but there is talk of an X-MAS challange they sounds intersting.Ok here is my menue

Hiya Tammy. Your hair looks so cute! Ilove short hair:) I can't believe that's your natural color! lol people usually have to dye their hair to get to the color. You are naturally blessed. You have been doing great it seems on calories and kickin' some booty on workouts! Yay! smells oh so good......:drooling: LOl I went o get the nayo and there was regular and 2 pks of LITE so I took 2 pks of lite and mixed in all the seasoning just estimated since I didn't have much mayo it still looks like it will be a yummy turn out.Be back later with my workout,gotta get my spare "TIRES"to disapear along with my wide load booty :rotflmao: the major places I am noticing changes right now is face,finger's,wrist,and my jeans aren't skin tight they fit perfectly (13's-14's).I have my old navy light denim jeans with lot's of pockets SIZE 12 hanging on my bedroom floor mirror for MOTIVATION....I cant wait:jump:

I'm a 14/15 now... I have my size 13's hanging up for motivation. I love them. My mother gave them to me because she said she'd never fit into them again. So I can't wait to fit into them myself! Enjoy your chicken!

Good luck with the weigh in Tammy. You seem like your kicking major butt in every aspect. Thanks for what you posted in my diary. Yeah well no baby on board this time but i'm sure it will only be a matter of time and there will be a new baby on board for me. Just hopefully i'll be closer to my goal weight instead of being way away from my goal. I will be happy if it happens after i get to the 200 mark cause that means i'll have lost 61 lbs but either way i'll be good to go. I am hoping my weigh in doesn't suck on saturday due to the spotting i'm having. It isn't full tom yet but i am thinking its only a matter of time before it will be. Anyways, enough about me. Kick booty girl you can do it. Your doing great.

How did your weigh in go this morning??? I am waiting out till tomorrow. My mind knows for the challenge I have to be as low as possible so i usually drop an extra 0.4-0.6 lb overnight LOL
I get so excited when I try different foods.! I love experimenting. I am always on websites looking for recipes and when I find something yummy I tweak it until I get lower calorie meal out of them!!!
