Breakfast we my oatmeal, lunch was cottage cheese, radishes, cherries and 1/2 of a bagel.
Dinner was pasta, and a dove bar.
I took a good walk tonight after I washed the car, so my exercise was where it needed to be.
Tomorrow is ticker WI day, I'll probably be up a little, but I hope it's just a little.
