Newbie, looking for a New Me

I cooked the pasta tonight. DS does it best though.

Today turned into a nightmare. DH got a virus on his computer this morning at work and I spent all day trying to get rid of it. Finally I was able to put a name on it by days end, so it's not off yet, but I did find directions to remove it. GRRRR Oh and he has Mcafee on his computer which the virus shut off and you can't restart. We ran the scanner several times and quarantined and removed a bunch of stuff from it. Tried Spybot, but it wouldn't let it start. Ran House call and that found a couple but not it. Tomorrow is another day.

That meant no gym, and I had to eat a fast food lunch. Hadn't brought one with me, as I planned on leaving before lunch, hitting the gym and lunch at home.

DD had made a cookie cake while being bored at home alone, so with my pasta I had a glass of wine and cookie cake. Not sure tomorrow WI will be too good. I'm poofy from the salt.

I did get out for a good long walk tonight though, so that's a plus.

Back at it tomorrow though.
 
BDM - Sounds like a filled day for you...My day was lame...Boaring! I just ate pizza for dinner...Blah
 
I have plans for a much better day! I've got a good breakfast and I will stay with the program today. Have to make up for lost ground yesterday. That means lots and lots of water to flush out the yuck.

Ugh, computer viruses SUCK. Sorry to hear about your trouble.

You have the best attitude when the day doesn't go as planned. Just getting back on and flushing out the yuck is a perfect way to put it!

Getting in a long walk is a huge plus too. :)
 
Well Friday was another crazy day. My Dad came over to help me put in new outlets/switches in my kitchen. We put in new counter and a tile backsplash, so I wanted to change out the outlets to match. Plus the guy finally came to get the dirt out of our back yard for the patio. Eating wasn't bad, but it was kind of messed up.

Today I hit the gym, but didn't do all that much 35 min on the elliptical was all I could manage. I was sooooo tired.

Then we had a wedding this afternoon. Did ok, my dinner was Salmon, so it wasn't too, too bad. No drinks, so other than too much salt, I should be ok.

Tomorrow, I have to get a good grocery list together and shop, plus I need to finish putting my kitchen back together.

I hope your shopping went well today! And good job for being good at the wedding. :) 35 on the elliptical is nothing to sneeze at!
 
Shopping done and I stuck pretty close to my list. I planned first YEAH! I know what dinner will be every night for a change. Healthy too! I'm planning a walk with my dog here in a bit.

Breakfast and lunch were decent, so I should be good for today. Now if I can have another good day tomorrow, maybe Tues WI won't be too bad.
 
Computer Virus is History! That should help me a bit.

Eating on the other hand hasn't been so great. I need to get back on the stick. Not expecting a loss tomorrow and just praying for a maintain, but expecting a small gain.

I have to get back to journaling. That got off over the weekend. Tomorrow I start again. A fresh week.

I've got to get this right and get it done!

WI today, I was up a pound, but it was expected. I also suspect it will be gone in a day or two.

Eating today was right on target.

Breakfast: FF Mocha and Ezekiel English Muffin with PB

Lunch: 1/2 c cottage cheese, radishes, watermellon, mango salsa and a few chips

Snack: Dove Bar

Dinner: 1 chicken sausage, 3 pirogies, and peas

Went to the gym this morning and then for an 1 1/2 hour walk tonight.

I'm BAAAAACK!

Danny - I've got a challenge for you. Try the mango salsa, have it on Tortilla chips or with chicken. I bet you'll love it.
 
ok, so what's wrong with me? Yesterday I worked my A** off literally. I did the gym, I walk for an hour and 1/2 or so last night. Burnt 800 cals according to my HRM and what do I do today? I eat 3 donuts, Some Sugar babies and some ice cream. Am I crazy or what?:banghead:

Annoying, very annoying and I can't pinpoint why. I thought about what I was doing with every single bite, telling myself I shouldn't, but not stopping either.

I need someone to come here and screw my head on right, first I guess they will need to pull it out of where it doesn't belong though.

Everyone has their bad days. You can get back on tomorrow and start over. Do you keep all that stuff in your house? I know that I can't or I will EAT IT ALL!! I have banned my hubby from buying white bread, b/c I know myself too well! You are going to do so great tomorrow!
