Yeah, some more calories wouldn't hurt at all, you have room for a lot more in there, and it will help prevent cravings if you get more food in you. You seem pretty low on veggies, consider a salad with some fresh tomatoes or other sweet stuff on top. Oooh, you have room for croutons!
It looks like you are low on protein, too. I really like adding some chicken or salmon (I get canned stuff at costco for under 2 dollars a can!) onto my salads. It's not too bad and the can holds about 200 calories for the salmon, and about 350 for the chicken, so it is a very generous serving size.
