Yeah, those food choices went out the window last night when my wife talked me into ordering Indian. Luckily I managed to stay on target for the rest of the day, so I wound up only a couple hundred calories over target.
There's a new evil in our house: Girl Scout Cookies. I ordered more than I should have, which is double annoying because I had the option to just order cookies for active-duty military, who probably aren't struggling with weight loss issues.
Speaking of struggling, I'm plateauing again. I keep forgetting my evening goals until I'm halfway through snacking/rationalizing ("Hey, I'm 300 calories under target, why not munch down a half-dozen cookies and a glass of milk!"). I do really well for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. BUUUT, then the kids go to bed, and I feel free to sneak junk. I know what to do, I just don't remember it until it's too late. Waaaah.
