Ok, I changed it! Well, I didn't get to excercise today but tomorrow will be full of activity. I am getting up with the chickens and going to 2 community yard sales, so that will be a couple hours of walking, then I WILL hit curves. I can see the difference those 3 days made. I actually weighed in at 205.8 today, and it was 208.6, so I lost a total of 2.8 this past week, but the ticka's dont say the decimal. I only have 2 lbs till I reach my 10%! I WILL MAKE THE 2 LBS. BY NEXT FRIDAY AT NOON!
Chris, dont beat yourself up cause your med's made ya' gain,-if ya did. We all know you try your heart out and hopefully once your body is used to it, it will start getting with the program!!
