Well, I made my summer goal ticker. Today has been ok. I went to curves for 45 mn and pumped it! I'm making muffins for teacher's appreciation day tomorrow, and I really dont want one.

B- apple-1 pt
coffee
sug. twin
2 t. ff flav. creamer-1 pt

L- smart ones-5 pts
grapes, 1 c.-1

Dinner- footlong subway on wheat
teriaki chicken(they say it's one of the lofat choices)
lettuce
no cheese
olives, cukes
teriaki sauce I know, a whole sub, but I had 18 pts. left in
the day. I think it is a total of 12 pts.
 
Funny, but don't forget Mexico involves a bathing suit! The fateful day I have designated for bathing suit shopping is May 19th. Full terror has set in, and I hope to re-pass you in my race to transform myself in 11 days (HA! :eek: )

You're doing really well though, you're tough competition girly! Keep it up!
 
Morning ya'll. Well, I fess up. I'm skipping Curves this morning. I'm just tired, didn't sleep very well last night:cool: Anyway, I thought I'd stop in and say morning to everyone and hope all is ok. I've already drank my 20 oz. of water:D Will check back later, after a nap. Oh, btw, this morning ( i know mornings are lower) but I weighed myself at 204 and thats with jeans on. Will have to check it later, but I sure hope by friday I am going to be at my goal
 
Wow you're so close to your goal! I bet you'll be past it before you even know it :)

Also, I won't hold the skipped workout today, it sounds like the extra rest probably did you more good anyways. We all need days like that sometimes :D
 
Amen to that Beagle! I was so wore out, from what I don't know, but I feel mucho buena today. I ate a protein bar before I worked out today, and that seemed to help on my lightheadedness. Tomorrow is weigh in and I sure hope I make 203. I sure would hate to miss my goal by 1 measly pound! Will post foods later. I need to drink more water today, am feeling sluggish.
 
Oh, I know what you mean about being so close. My original goal was 200 by my birthday. I got down to 202 right before my birthday and then gained a little! :( Good luck on your weigh in tomorrow! :D
 
Hi Everyone. Sorry I havent been here, been working a lot. I go for my weigh in in like 5 minutes, and I hope and pray that I will be 203.8 or below, and that will be my first WW goal of 10%. Everyone claps for you etc. Kinda exciting cause I really dont have anyone else to share it with. Soooooo, will pee again for the 5th time this hour (1/2 lb. gone) and hopefully will be able to join the onederlanders and move my ticker. Byeeeeeeeee!
 
As you can see, I didnt loose the lousy 2 lbs. only one so I didnt stay for the meeting. Kinda depressed and thinking of throwing in the towel. I have been exercising like a mad woman and all I get is one lousy pound. My food was ok, not totally great this week, but not junk. Sheesh.
 
Don't throw in the towel!! One pound is one pound and it is better than nothing! I didn't make my goal either, but we will finally get to the onderland!

Ok, it's the TOM again. Can't wait for the surgery June 19th. Well, I havent thrown in the towel, but I did just say the hell with it all, and we went out for mexican. Yes, I had chips and salsa, and a mexican salad, and it had cheese on it, plus I ate the shell. Oh well. This has been my first big splurge in 9 weeks. At least I have all week to work it off. Anyway, will have to kick up the water and flush it all out. Have a great weekend! My son is going to his father's for the weekend. Guess I will go shopping and get my nails done, and YES, workout. Hey! I agree with everyone- don't give itup- you've come this far, why quit now? Your doing fantastic... and ya know, being that its TOM right now, you could be retaining a little bit of water weight right now, so be optimistic hunny :) have a great day tomorrow :D
