ok so i have just started the first two weeks of 1200 cals a day and am hoping to do at least 4 exercise sessions a week. Well five days in and i have managed to stick to the cal allowance and have done 4 exercise classes already but i have been totally wiped out and am totally missing the crisps

i have been good with my calorie counting tho and from tomorrow my allowance goes up to 1400 a day, i wont know myself lol
