new start, so hard

ok so i have just started the first two weeks of 1200 cals a day and am hoping to do at least 4 exercise sessions a week. Well five days in and i have managed to stick to the cal allowance and have done 4 exercise classes already but i have been totally wiped out and am totally missing the crisps :willy_nilly: Wish me looks folks it weigh day on tues so i will keep all informed x:waving:

In the begining its always hard but it does get easier.The first thing you must change is your mind!Dont think of it as a strict diet.Think of it likeeating healthy.When you loose the weight you must also try to keep it off , so try changing the way you think of food.
If you think you cant keep on with out your favourite crisps have a day a week that you can have that treat.
Its not about giving up Everything we love.Its about controling the amounts and geting healthy

:Angel_anim::Angel_anim::Angel_anim:Thanks, because its bank holiday today i will be getting weighed tomorrow but this week hasn't been as bad as i thought. Each time i eat a meal now i seem to be getting fuller quicker so i think my appetite is shrinking (Thank goodness) i havent cheated yet but i am just taking each day at a time, after all we can only do our best
 
i got wieghed last night and unbelievable 9lbs OFF absoluntly delighted it seems my 4 exercise classes paid off. Totally over the moon makes me so determined to stay on track.:party:
 
well done on your loss so far! I am just starting out on the weight loss journey for the very first time. If you want a diet buddy then just PM me. I could use the support too.
I am currently at 252lbs after my 1st weigh in today.
 
Hope your geeting on ok its my second weigh in tonight but i feel really ill today and run down so i hope i can keep up with the exercise class:ack2: i have been good with my calorie counting tho and from tomorrow my allowance goes up to 1400 a day, i wont know myself lol:eek:
