New progress pic.

I've been visiting these forums for about a year or so but i've never posted before so i thought i'd start with a pic. I've been lifting for just under a year. All i have been doing so far is watching what i eat, making sure i get enough protein, cutting out junk foods etc. I'm thinking about starting on some protein powder or some kinna supplement. Any advice or comments would be good. Cheers!
