Hi everyone, I had a different post made a few back but I wanted to update anyone who's been watching for the new pics. I am now down 53lbs since Jan 5/09. I am very pleased with the progress I've made. I know I could maybe be further but I have to keep it real, I don't want to over do it and then hate it. I'm having fun, enjoying the exercise and food, life long changes that will stick. I feel the motivation again that I need to keep me moving forward. I'm hoping for 2lbs this week and get me to 55lbs. I still have a ways to go but I can see it, I never look back, it's not an option. Even if I have a bad day of eating, it's NEVER once been the way I used to eat. Now a bad day is maybe a low calorie snack that I had was a little too much, or I ate a little more than I should...but I don't have any of the junk in the house that hurts my plan...that helps dramatically. I hope you guys can see the difference...I'm finally starting to feel a bit smaller. I've gone from a size 30 pants to 24. And shirt from 5x to a 3x. The changes will continue, and I can't wait to see a size 18 pants! All your comments are welcome. Thanks for all the support from you all, during the plateau recently.
