New member here: Just bought my own weight set.

Just a tiny one.

4x10s, 6x5s, 6x2.5s
2 dumbbell bars
a 5-ft. bar
If I need more weights, I can go buy a few more or so.

Little background:
I was in an exercise class for college credits about one year ago and have lost pretty much all the nice little hand outs that suggested how to figure out where I should start, how many reps/weight to do, what to do, ect.

Basically what I'm getting at:
I'm really looking to do an all around work out. When I was in the class, I had the best sleep, the best confidence, and just felt great. Then the girlfriend came along and I kind of lost the motivation to continue exercising so much. Since then, the only exercise I've been doing is running every tuesday/thursday for about 30 minutes. Well, now she is gone and I need that self boost I love from exercising yet again. Anyone able to toss me a few websites to help me get started out here?

I'm sure this question has been asked millions of times and I apologize, but I'm really lost here. Hopefully I've placed this in the right forum.
 
First, find someone who can show you the proper form for squatting, deadlifts, powercleans, benching, rowing and other compound lifts.
