Hi there, it looks like you're on the right track. But I agree with well, I forgot who said it LOL but yeah, try to stay away from pre-packaged stuff, it is really bad for you. I have been doing pretty good so far (lost 21 lbs) by eating fresh veggies and fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and lean meats. I used to eat alot of packaged foods and it's just not possible to lose weight with them. You could enjoy home-cooked foods alot more with half the calories and sugars and bad stuff... Just a suggestion. I wish you and your hubby the best of luck. Awwww you guys are too cute!

Yea, we are doing a strict daily calorie limit, but we are trying to avoid junk food, which we have been doing really well for the past 2 and a half weeks. There are days when he's weak and wants to splurge and those have to be the days when I am strong and vice versa.
You can see it in his diary, but what we've done for the past 3 days is split up our daily calories evenly among 3 meals. So for me, I have 400 for breakfast, 400 for lunch and 400 for dinner. I have never felt more full during the day than the past 3 days! It's great, not sure why it's working for me, but just glad that it is!

I'm really proud of him! (and me, lol)
