Hi all! I am new here, and so I haven't been able to set up my profile and signature completely but I am slowly but surely learning the ropes! A little about me, I am 25 yrs old and in the Air Force. When I left Basic Training I was 5'4 110lbs, at the time I didn't think I was small enough. Now that I've been in for 7 yrs I am still 5'4 but I weight 163lbs! My problem area is definitely my mid section. My entire life it seems that all the weight I gain goes to my stomach or bust. And from what i hear unfortunately the midsection is the hardest place to lose weight.
I have only done the bare minimum required of me to get by in the military but now I am ready to make a change in my life. I am so glad I was able to find this forum so I can make friends and have the support I need to stay motivated!! I have been reading threads/posts and you all sound so wonderful, like this is a family. So I'd just like to say in advance, thank you for all that you do and I will do what I can to offer encouragement and support to everyone! Have a wonderful day!
