Glad to be helping you! I seriously love that. I've struggled so much with this. I'm so ready to finely get thin in 2010 and help my friends reach their goals as well. I wish you were in St Louis. I'd totally go workout with you. Thanks lady : D

Heres a new pic 174lbs

Ok so I know these are awful, but they are the newest photos I have. I just got my new iphone today so I tried it out. Forgive my blank stare and my "trying too hard" kiss. As well as the fact that my bathroom is a complete mess...I do clean it..sometimes. 66lbs down..35-ish lbs to go.

Your transformation is amazing!
Really inspiring, good luck on you reaching your 132 goal you'll def do it!!

Your starting weight is where i am now, and i have been exercising and being conscious of what i'm eating for nearly 3 months. (im a Girl)
I started off doing just 10 mins of exercise a day as thats how much i could physically do and am now doing an 1 hour a day, hopefully over time i can build that time up, but after an 1 hour i am sooooo tired and just wanna pass out!
But my main problem is im not seeing results...at all...
after 2 months 2 weeks ive only lost 12 pounds, and havn't seen any physical change. Its making me really upset and i just feel like giving up, whats the point in doing an hour of exercise where im sweating like a pig, wheezing like a madman, and feeling quite sick when im seeing no results...
I just wanted to know how your first 3 months of amazing weight loss went, was it hard to keep up? were you losing weight quickly?

Ive never felt so depressed and beaten up in my whole life.

Dont give up! It took me a year to loose the 1st 50lbs! This last 2 months I have lost 20lbs. Now it's coming off. My body did not want to let go of it. Look at these 1st photos...mine wouldn't come off either! I was so frustrated! Lbs were coming off,but my body wasn't changing! I worked my ass off and nothing...Just now 2 years later I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. I was slacking because I was just so annoyed that it wasn't coming off. Don't get into a rut! You can do this! Continue and you will see results!

The most recent photo was 7lbs ago. I will post a new photo on the 12th I believe. I think that's the date I use. I'll check on that later.

Thankyou so much for replying!
Your post has made me stay steady with my exercise, i really relate to what your saying about your body wanting to not let go! i feel exactly the same i think its beacuse ive treated my belly with loads of treats it doesnt want to leave lol!
Thankyou again for your posts and pictures its really helping me stay focused and to not lose faith!
Hopefully in the autumn i'll post my weightloss before and inbetween!

So I have been MIA for a while. Life has been so hectic. I haven't been working out. I seriously don't have time. I was always the one to say you make time if its important however I barely even sleep. I choose sleep over a workout because without I feel like I am going to die. Anyway so my 2 years of trying to loose 100 lbs is over.... I only made it to 75lbs lost. Ces't la vie. I plan on hitting it hard over the fall & winter when work isn't as crazy. I will reach my goal. I won't let myself give up. Its just going to take a bit longer than I wanted it to and that's ok. My new license photo was taken last week : ) It's nice to see the difference. It feels so good to have a new photo.

You look really healthy in your recent photo.
Sleep is definitely more important than working out, especially since sleep deprivation can cause weight gain.
Good luck on reaching your goal in the future!

Congrats, you look amazing and so much younger in your latest photos. If you can't lose at the moment don't worry about it just concentrate on not gaining and then get back to losing when you can.

Wow, your license photo doesn't even look like the same person! You are looking great, and healthy, and you look so much younger.

way to go!! this is going to sound creepy, but when i looked at your photos attached i for some reason had seen the photo of you in blue with a hat somewhere. i don't normally meet strangers online alot, but finally realized where i know you!! I'm elizrawr on okcupid :)

That was so funny when you sent me that message! That's why I don't send naked photos to anyone on the internet..you never know where your photo will show up...thanks for the reminder of that..even though I am thinking about suicide girls once I get my chest piece (and I lose about 10 more)... hah I do use the same photos on my OKC profile. I use the same photos everywhere. People are going to be like WTH when they read this....it's a good thing that I don't give a flying flip what anyone thinks... : )

Thanks for the comment!

I really do see a huge differance! congrats on your weight loss so far! I am also looking to lose 100 pounds to get to my healthy weight to 140. I have lost nearly 30 pounds, and have about 70 more to lose. Good luck!!

Congratulations on your weight loss! You look gorgeous and so much younger in your current pictures!
