thank you : ) I'm at the gym 90 minutes 6 days a week.(ive been missing some days last week & this week : P) If I miss a day I stay for 2 hours the next)I do the eliptical-40 minutes...bike 20...weights/stretching 30 minutes. My weightlifting is 40-60 lbs on most things. I do free weights & toning videos 3-4 times a week on top of the gym stuff. I find them on exercise tv.
I eat about 1400 calories a day. (I did drink alcohol last night : P shouldn't of)I also drink diet soda every couple of days. I can't seem to give it up yet. I've been going to out drinking lately and its slowing my weightloss.I eat Good carbs. Lots of protein.I keep track of my calorie intake. I hate plan water so I put strawberrys,lemon or lime in mine. Much better that way.I eat a lot of special k cereal & luna bars. veggies,brown rice,chicken breasts,beans,soups,turkey,fat free cottage cheese,boiled eggs.if I go out to eat I might get a turkey,bean or bison burger. I cut it in half. I try to get soup instead of fries. yogurt. fruits...bananas,organic strawberrys,blue berries,canalope. Also I measure everything. I should prob do less carbs & sugar,but I feel sick if I just live on veggies. I'm not changing my diet anymore if I don't need to. I do eat ice cream sometimes. I just get a kids size. I don't want to deprive myself of treats forever.
