Isn't it interesting to find old pants and then start trying to get into them little by little and once you do it's such a "WOOHOOO!!!!" moment?!

I added the recent face shot to my diary, but I guess I should of added it here. Opps.

Ok and the date says 2007 because thats when the photo was taken, but I started my 50lb weightloss last June. I have about 50 or so lbs to go. When Im done ladies you better lock up your boyfriends. j/k

Awesome!!!! Wow, I just looked through all your pics and it's amazing how your body is transforming. Your waist is super defined now, you're gonna be a knock out when all's said and done!

Keep it up, you're living proof that ppl can take control of their lives and see results if they don't give up.

I wish I would of had someone say you look like poo do something so I didn't look so huge on my wedding day : ( Oh well over and done with....
 
Well even if someone had said that you probably wouldn't have appreciated it or listened to them. We try when we are ready to try. Some succeed some don't. I am glad you are succeeding right now. Don't lose sight of your goal. Keep persevering.
 
Im Back....yet again...3rd time is the charm?

So here I am yet again. I erased all of my old posts for privacy. I'm not sure who is still on this forum. Its almost been two years since I've joined! Its so hard to believe. Well my two years to loose 100 lbs deadline is this august! I'm not sure how close I'm going to be to making it...all I can do is continue to take it day by day. So here are my photos....
 
I'm going to take more progress photos in a month. I found a couple more though until then.

I can't look at my wedding photo without saying "give me that cake" in a very deep drawn out voice. :drool5: It was good cake though lol
 
Progress

Progress photos. I took photos a month ago and although I only have lost 3lbs since then I can tell a difference. I was so upset that the scale wasn't moving,but I am tighter for sure. I've been dooing a ton of weights and sculpting exercises. Not as much cadio and I normally do. Also I noticed a hard bumpy thing on my arm this morning....A start of a muscle? You mean I have muscles under all that chub? Who would of thought it ; ) Also to remind the class what I looked like last month...one that was 63 lbs ago..and one photo that was taken with my new camera last week with real clothes on...
 
Wow, you look great, and the 3lbs look like a bigger weight loss than 3lbs! What is your routine and diet like may I ask?

thank you : ) I'm at the gym 90 minutes 6 days a week.(ive been missing some days last week & this week : P) If I miss a day I stay for 2 hours the next)I do the eliptical-40 minutes...bike 20...weights/stretching 30 minutes. My weightlifting is 40-60 lbs on most things. I do free weights & toning videos 3-4 times a week on top of the gym stuff. I find them on exercise tv.


I eat about 1400 calories a day. (I did drink alcohol last night : P shouldn't of)I also drink diet soda every couple of days. I can't seem to give it up yet. I've been going to out drinking lately and its slowing my weightloss.I eat Good carbs. Lots of protein.I keep track of my calorie intake. I hate plan water so I put strawberrys,lemon or lime in mine. Much better that way.I eat a lot of special k cereal & luna bars. veggies,brown rice,chicken breasts,beans,soups,turkey,fat free cottage cheese,boiled eggs.if I go out to eat I might get a turkey,bean or bison burger. I cut it in half. I try to get soup instead of fries. yogurt. fruits...bananas,organic strawberrys,blue berries,canalope. Also I measure everything. I should prob do less carbs & sugar,but I feel sick if I just live on veggies. I'm not changing my diet anymore if I don't need to. I do eat ice cream sometimes. I just get a kids size. I don't want to deprive myself of treats forever.

It all sounds really yummy. I have yet to master the combination of my foods and sometimes settle for some of the worst. You look awesome though. I envy you!
