New here, Advice greatly appreciated

Hey everyone, Im new here and found these forums to be a great help in reaching my goals. Anyway, 3 weeks ago i stepped on the scale and was 213 and today i weighed in at 193. BTW, I am 23 and 6' tall...Its been very difficult from eating Pizza, McDonalds, Soda,..etc to good dieting and drinking plenty of water. Anyway, I took two pictures and this is what i look like now. Should i try to bulk up more or lose a bit more fat? The lower portion of my stomach fat is very difficult to get rid of. Any advice on getting rid of the lower fat and gaining muscle? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
You're looking pretty good IMO, bulking or cutting depends on your goals. If I were you I'd continue to bulk and gain more muscle but that's mainly because I care more about lifting than appearance; you may be different. If you were to cut then it wouldn't be for long anyway because your BF looks close to being quite low already.

It's tricky to tell from pics taken on a phone but what do your traps look like?, they seem less developed than your arms and chest from the pictures you've posted. Any chance you could post your diet and workout details?
