Not been dieting for a good while cos I was happy how I was, would have loved to have been about 10 lbs under but wasn't too bothered about it and was more concerned with enjoying myself!!

But I've just been on vacation and have eaten utter junk and feel like Shamu!!

Back on here til I lose 10 lbs at LEAST.

Having around 1200 cals per day and at least 3 litres of water and 0.5 litres of green tea

I know today is gonna be bad because its valentines day and he took me for lunch. And he got me chocolates. And I'm mega sick.

But I'm gonna try and make it as not so bad (err good? haha) as possible!

Yeah my boyfriend took me out to dinner and bought me heart shaped candies and chocolates and I woulda looked like an ungrateful so an so had I thrown it all back in his face so I let loose.

Welcome!! GREAT meal plan, you'll have those ten lbs, off in no time! What Ang said...don't worry about today. Every morning the sun rises again, and we have another chance to make better choices!!

I've planned a really healthy meal plan for tomorrow one with loads of healthy snacks and whatnot!

Me and my diet buddy have agreed once we reach our goal weights we're going to get some professional photographs taken, we found a package that does your hair and makeup and portfolio for quite cheap so we're going to do that once we feel ready to. Another incentive so I'm feeling really confident today!!

Nope not at all, I don't know my measurements exactly but I know I am 5'4 and weigh 144 lbs

It's better to say "if I am going to eat I will eat something healthy" - than to say "must not eat".

Nothing makes me want to do something more than to tell me that I must not do it.
